Wonderful water front family villa, in a perfect location right in the south bay of Mallorca, Villa Cap falco is located in a protected natural park in the municipality of Calvia. It is 10 minutes close to the most exclusive marines, Puerto Portals and Port Adriano, and 10 minutes close to 5 nearby golf courses.

This property offers a perfect location for a relaxing holiday in Majorca. This beautiful traditional villa is built right on the front line rocks with turquoise water. From the entire house you enjoy breath taking views to the sea and the Bay of Palma, You will have the feeling of sailing through the Mediterranean. It is just 3 minutes walking distance away from a cute beach.

Excellent living place with different atmospheres. The villa has 6 double bedrooms which sleeps up to 12 adults plus to several children. The luxury villa provides Wi-Fi internet connection. Air-conditioning is available in all bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with TV.

Cascade endless swimming pool. Relaxing indoor/outdoor spaces. It is nice furnished with wood floors. Beach towels, house linen and other materials are provided. There is a cheerful, right and full equipped kitchen with all modern appliances even with steam oven, with directly connected with two dining places, indoor and outdoor.

There is also an additional kitchen in the pool area, equipped with an industrial kitchen place to make great meals.

Villa familiar situada sobre el mar en la bahía sur de Mallorca. Villa Cap Falco se encuentra en un parque natural protegido en el municipio de Calvià. Está a 10 minutos de los más exclusivos puertos deportivos de Mallorca, Puerto Portals y Port Adriano, y a10 minutos de 5 de los mejores campos de golf de la isla.
Esta propiedad ofrece una ubicación perfecta para unas vacaciones de relax en Mallorca. La villa es de estética tradicional y está construida en la línea litoral sobre aguas de un profundo color azul, donde es frecuente ver a familias de delfines. Desde cada rincón de la casa se disfruta de impresionantes vistas al mar y a la bahía de Palma. Usted tendrá la sensación de estar navegando por el Mediterráneo. La piscina rompe su cascada sobre el horizonte del mar. Relajante espacios interiores / exteriores. La casa tiene una cuidada decoración, con suelos de madera tropical. Wonderful Mallorca Villa holiday

Just had a wonderful 7 days at this villa. 9 of us stayed and we all absolutely loved the place. The owner Neus was a wonderful host and communicated directly in advance to ensure a great welcome and offer help on anything and even met us on arrival with drinks and canapés. What a lovely way to start your holiday!! The villa itself is spacious and kept spotlessly clean by a cleaner. And the location and setting overlooking the Med is breathtaking. What an absolute joy to stay here. The bbq / separate pool side kitchen is fab and the pool is a great size and has plenty of loungers and beds around it in a beautiful garden setting. The location of the villa on a cliff top outside Magaluf is wonderful. Lots of seclusion to enjoy our family stay but just 7-10 minutes from downtown Magaluf - which is a lot more family-oriented these days than it’s party reputation suggests. Plenty of beautiful ports and bays around the area to explore and eat-out in or hire a boat / cruise / jet ski etc. Highlights for us were Cala Cap Falco (secluded bay just 100-200 yards away) Santa Ponsa, Port Adriano and Port d’Andratx. All different and special in their own way. Already planning our next trip. BIG thanks to Neus for being a wonderful host and letting us stay in your beautiful villa. Special memories!

Incredible vacation!

House was PERFECT! The host greeted us at check in, toured the home with us, and was so helpful in helping us make our vacation incredible. The house is in amazing shape and is huge! Total Relaxation at Mallorca

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the very attentive hostess. Neus had appetizers and refreshments which were perfect and unexpected but very much appreciated. The house is in great shape and you have ocean views from almost every room of the house. The pool allow us to cooldown when it was hot and the indoor spa was a perfect heaven for those who wanted to escape the heat during parts of the day. The bedrooms were large and accommodating and we were relatively close to multiple beaches and a short drive to the grocery store. We used the services of a chef and he found both kitchens well equipped for our meal preparations. The views from this house were amazing and the pictures do it no justice until you are there in person. The house had bicycles for those that wanted to bike around the neighborhood. We rented a vehicle and the house had a safe and shaded area for parking. I totally recommend this house for anyone wanting to relax in Mallorca and I would book it again without hesitation.

Property was in a beautiful location on the coast with hiking trails right outside. Definitely a residential area and need a car to get around. Host was great, attentive and went above and beyond to make stay great.

Stunning property with the most amazing views

A absolutely beautiful property right on the cliff top with a path down to the rock pools and another down to the beach and restaurant. A warm welcome from our host who was responsive to our needs throughout the stay. The views are stunning and the layout of the property lovely with ample space and fantastic swimming pools. Too many lovely features to mention! Overall it is beautifuly presented but it is a little tired in places and could do with a little bit of additional maintenance. Also very clean apart from a few places such as the kitchen draws and their contents. We will definitely return again but considering the cost, it would be nice to see these minor faults given more attention.

Wonderful Stay in Mallorca

Thanks to Neus for a wonderful time at her beautiful home in Mallorca! Our stay was memorable as Neus was timely and responsive in all communication and provided exceptional support from the time we booked our stay until we departed. The home was cleaned each day and the bedrooms were very comfortable as each room had its own air conditioning. Should we come back to Mallorca we will definitely book this lovely home again!!

Wunderschöne Silvesterwoche

Wir sind spät nachmittags angekommen und mussten das Haus ein wenig suchen, unsere Vermieter warteten schon auf uns und hatten ein tolles Abendessen mit Käse, Schinken, Wein und Sprudel gerichtet. Das Haus liegt auf einem Felsen in einem Naturschutzgebiet, es ist sensationell, dieser Ausblick alles war perfekt.

Eine Traumvilla direkt am Meer

Wir waren für 12 Tage in der Villa und durften das wunderbare Haus geniessen. Die Lage ist einmalig, sehr ruhig und es fehlt an nichts. Die nahe Bucht ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar und Golfplätze sind in wenigen Autominuten von der Villa aus. Das Besitzerehepaar ist sehr nett und sowohl bei der Ankunft wie auch Abreise persönlich vor Ort. Die tägliche Reinigung und die gut ausgestattete Küche sind erwähnenswert. Herzlichen Dank an Neus, es war ein Traumurlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.

A truly amazing house and location

A combination of a wonderful house, excellent hosts and a location that made the 2 week family vacation one of our best. The house is large and quite elegant for an ocean side villa, plus the views from the house made every day feel like luxury. Neus and Domingo care for the house and landscaping to keep it fresh, and they help their guests with practically everything you need. The daily housekeeper even washed and folded all our clothes from the clothes hampers. The pool and all the kitchen areas are spotlessly clean and well stocked. We used a chef for half of the nights and went close by to excellent restaurants the other nights. We had our adult children, their spouses and 2 grandchildren, with more room in the house than we ever needed......all round a great vacation rental!

Wir waren mit Mai 2018 mit 10 Leuten in dem Haus. Das Haus ist super Ausgestattet, die Matratzen sind top und wenn man ein anderes Kopfkissen/Decke möchte, dann wird das umgehend von Neus organisiert! Aber, . . . das beste an dem gesamten Aufenthalt war der Ausblick!!!! Einfach atemberaubend!!! Ob groß oder klein, ständig fahren Schiffe, teilweise direkt am Haus, vorbei. Ebenso gibt es eine kleine Bucht mit Strand und Strandbar direkt neben dem Haus. Man brauch wirklich "nichts" mitbringen! Selbst ein Kajak wurde uns von Neus zu Verfügung gestellt. Es bleibt unten am Strand und durfte von uns jederzeit benutzt werden. Keine Frage, . . . wir kommen wieder! ;-) Schöne Grüße Andreas

Beautiful, spacious property in an idyllic location with views to die for. And a great host :)

A wonderful, scenic property with so much to it. Nearby, direct access to a beautiful beach and a footpath to the lovely rocks below. The property provided a kayak, in which we could paddle our way to caves nearby through clear blue water. The cleaner, Katya, kept the home in wonderful condition and arrived daily. The house itself came with many amenities such as speakers, inflatables for the pools, a fully equipped kitchen, supplies and all the conveniences needed for your visit. Every morning we were greeted with the warm sun and spectacular views; overall a truly amazing week. The pool was a bit chilly as we visited in October but the sun and some splashing around soon did the trick. A heated jacuzzi would have been welcome for the evenings, however we were kept busy enjoying so many other aspects of the house. We would definitely go back there again and hope to asap. Thank you Neus, Domingo and Katya.

Absolutely amazing villa

We stayed as a family of 10! We have stayed in villas before but this is just unreal. The views are outstanding day and night! The owner Neus really is a lovely woman and couldn't have help me and my family anymore she really makes you feel welcome. The villa is so fresh and clean with a homely feeling. Location is perfect and beach that is 2 minute walking distance is fantastic too. Over all an amazing villa couldn't rate it anymore. Me and my family are booking it again for next summer, can't wait to be back there.

This is a perfect house if you want to spend time together with friends and family, not only the house is fantastic but also the host family and the service they provide. We also want to mention chef Xema who cooked for us it was excellent. We really enjoyed every moment during our 12 days and give our warmest recommendations. Britt-Marie & Jan

Nos enamoramos de ella por su situación privilegiada. Hemos invertido mucho tiempo y ahorros en hacer de ella un hogar cálido a pesar de su gran tamaño. Es una casa que acoge a quien la visita.

Situada en un parque natural sobre el mar, ofrece biodiversidad, brisa marina y belleza. Las noches de luna llena son experiencias únicas.
