House description
Built in 2016, this non-smoking villa has the BBC low-energy label. Beautiful living spaces, southern exposure, stunning views and a high quality finish are the hallmarks of this holiday home. On the ground floor you will find 1 large living room with direct access to the terrace overlooking the plain of Alsace, 1 open-plan kitchen and 1 separate toilet with wash basin. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a multifunction oven, a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer, all made by Siemens.

The villa has underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs. Heating is gas. For cozy winter evenings a wood burning stove is also at your disposal in the living room. The house has a garage and two private parking places. Wi-Fi is free.

Sleeping
Upstairs there is a bathroom and 1 large double bedroom that can be separated into two single rooms. This room offers a large double bed (180x200cm) and, in the separable second part, a convertible sofa.

The second bedroom has two single beds (both 90x200cm). The mattresses and beds (with the exception of the sofa) are select high-end Belgian furniture so a great night’s sleep is guaranteed.
At the foot of the Mont Sainte-Odile, Alsace Panorama holiday homes are situated in Barr, the charming wine capital, on the Alsace wine route. Located 300 meters above sea level, they offer a breathtaking view of the Vosges foothills, the Alsace plain and the Black Forest mountain chain.
