This ground floor self-catering suite overlooks the garden. It is a studio with a super king bed, luxury bed linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area for two, LED TV with Freeview, Free WiFi and a hairdryer. The modern en-suite bathroom has a bath with a rain shower. Tea coffee and sugar provided.
Located in the South Downs, the hamlet of Charlton is one of the prettiest places in West Sussex, and Woodstock House has been part of its history and charm since 1740. We have lovingly restored this Georgian House and our collection of luxury self-catering suites to ensure our guests enjoy a great night’s sleep and a comfortable stay.

Our six suites cater for groups of up to 14 people to individual travellers.

Beautifully furnished, the suites have fully equipped kitchenettes for you to self-cater, cosy living areas, LED TVs with Freeview, free WiFi, modern bathrooms, luxury bed linen, and extremely comfortable beds.

Surrounded by woodland, meadows, and pastures Woodstock Suites is a haven for picnics, running, walking and cycling. It is within walking distance of Levin Down, a chalk grassland reserve and home to butterflies, orchids, and other beautiful wildlife.

Chichester Festival Theatre, Cowdray Park, the Goodwood Estate, golf courses, wedding venues and the Blue Flag beaches of West Wittering on the South Coast are all just a short drive away. There also are good rail connections from the cathedral city of Chichester.

We loved our stay and will come back.

We enjoyed staying at the pretty Pump House with its glorious view. We loved the quietness, the spacious room, the comfort of the bed, the freedom to eat when it suited us, and the excellent shower.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful location.

We booked the Pump House which was an excellent, self-contained flat with a kitchenette that was perfect for our needs. The hosts had excellent communication and were kind enough to offer us a late checkout. Overall a great stay and would certainly use it again.

A comfortable ,quiet and private retreat in the countryside.

The facilities in the suite/Pump House were excellent as was the cleanliness and overall presentation .Delightfully quiet location with an excellent pub serving very good food just 100 yds. away . Chichester centre is just a 15 minute drive away and Goodwood just 5 minutes by car .

Peaceful stay in the Pump House.

The Pump House is fully contained and equipped with suitable options for self catering. It was clean and welcoming. I cannot manage stairs at the moment so it was important to find accommodation on the ground floor. It is set in a beautiful spot, very peaceful but with in close walking distance from the excellent pub The Fox Runs Free with amazing food. Easy half hour drive to West Wittering Beach and the nearer Chichester Harbour, only one mile from Goodwood.

exactly what we wanted

the Pump House at the Woodstock suites perfectly suited our various requirements: somewhere quiet to stay after a wedding, with no overhead noise which you so frequently get in hotels etc, with the freedom to make your own breakfast at a time which suited us. The self contained accommodation was spotless and well equipped, but would be enhanced by a cafetiere!

Perfect!

Woodstock Suites were absolutely perfect for our group of friends who were attending a local wedding and wanted to stay together. The suites are each very comfortable and well equipped and perfect for a short break away. Although we weren't able to stay more than one night, we will be back to enjoy the beautiful countryside surrounding the accommodation. David couldn't have been more helpful in accommodating (very swiftly) our requests for irons, ironing boards, taxis etc!
