Again on this same floor of the property you will also find one of the spacious modern bathrooms containing a shower, Wc, large mirror and basin.

The property is in a good central location close to Dover Town Centre, Dover Castle and Ferry port, it is also a 2 minute walk to St James Retail & Leisure Park that offers fantastic retail and leisure facilities in the heart of Dover and South Kent. Dover Castle is an 8 minute walk away and other fascinating historical places are within close walking distance including the famous White Cliffs Of Dover. Some of the rooms in this property have a spectacular view of Dover Castle which looks amazing illuminated at night.

These rooms have a lower ceiling height and sloped ceilings compared to the rest of the large spacious rooms in this building. Rooms 9 and 10 also have a standard freeview TV.
Each room in the property has access and the use of a large kitchen and dining area with cooking and food storage facilities. There is also a smaller kitchenette located on the second floor in the property for additional convenience.
