Top House is a beautiful house built in a traditional-style. The views from the property are stunning with magnificent sunsets.

The house boasts three lovely bedrooms all of which are en-suite. A twin room with two single beds on the ground floor, and a double bedroom and family room on the first floor. The family room comprises a double bed and a single bed and has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. The double and twin room have en-suite shower rooms.

A separate WC is located on the ground floor.

There is a large lounge and dining area with an open fire. Logs are provided to guests when they are available. The living room has a comfortable sitting area, a large dining table and a flat screen TV with free view channels and DVD player.

The kitchen also has a dining table and includes a good selection of kitchen utensils, crockery and pans. Facilities include a cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a separate utility with a washing machine, tumble drier and additional sink. A washing line is provided in the garden area.

A third bedroom is also located on the first floor and contains a double and single bed. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, wash hand basin, toilet, bath and overhead shower. All bedrooms have stunning views.

On the ground floor of the property there is a large spacious dining and living room area with an open fireplace. Patio doors from this room allow for access to a paved area and the fenced garden. The ground floor also has a convenient utility room, separate WC, fully-equipped spacious kitchen.

The property also boasts a small sun lounge to the front of the house. A ramped path to the front of the property provides access for those with reduced mobility.

Centrally-heated, well-equipped including all bed linen and towels, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, free WIFI, Sky TV, DVD player,, private parking. Electricity and oil-fired central heating is also included in the price. Logs are provided for the open fire when available.
