Stunning contemporary condo in the heart of a vibrant 27 hole golf community.
This stunning 3rd floor Brookside condo has been professionally decorated to a very high standard to provide comfortable accommodation for 4 guests.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has single beds with access to a separate bathroom and there is a sleeper sofa in the den area which pulls out to make a queen bed for occasional guests.
Our Lanai has fabulous views over the 13th and 14th holes on the Cypress course and preserve beyond.
We have 2 Specialized Bikes for the use of our guests during your stay.
Our local community pool is very close to the property.

We are overseas owners from Sevenoaks, Kent, England. We are both very keen golfers and members of golf clubs in both the UK and USA. The condo was purchased from new and we try and visit Florida for 2/3 months a year. As the condo was purchased for our own occupation it is maintained to a very high standard.
We have 2 daughters who love coming to stay and enjoy all the facilities and beautiful Gulf beaches!

Our condo offers the perfect blend of a well designed 3rd floor Brookside Condo layout coupled with light, bright, European styling. We fell in love with Heritage Bay and the 27 Hole Championship Golf Course whilst on holiday in the area and enjoyed furnishing it to a high standard and continuing to invest in it ever since. With the recent Enhancements works undertaken to the main Heritage Bay Clubhouse 'Grille Room' and 'Cabana' Restaurants as well as the main pool facilities there has never been a better time to stay at Heritage Bay!

Our 3rd Floor Condo provides magnificent dual aspect views over the lake alongside the long par 3, 13th hole on the Cypress Course, with the Par 5, 14th hole and natural preserve beyond. This provides an interesting vista of the golf doing the day coupled with an idyllic and peaceful setting for sitting out on the Lanai in the evenings, with just the wildlife for company! Our Condo is also situated very close to one of the most attractive local pools within the Heritage Bay Complex.
