Shepherd's Crook is a beautifully presented barn conversion resting in Follifoot near Spofforth, North Yorkshire. There are three king-size bedrooms in the property sleeping six people, including one on the ground-floor with zip/link functions (twin on request) with an en-suite wet room, and two on the first floor with en-suite shower rooms, one of which is zip/link. The cottage also has an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Externally there is a private patio with furniture, a rear lawn with a pagoda and furniture, and ample off-road parking with an electric car charging point. Shepherd's Crook makes a wonderful choice for an exceptional stay in Yorkshire with your loved ones. Property is accessed down a farm lane which drivers need to take at a steady pace.
Amenities: Underfloor heating from ground source heat and solar power. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request Ample off-road parking. Patio with furniture. Rear lawn with pagoda and furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome. There are 2 electric - car charging points in the property car park. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1.8 miles. Note: There is a ramp up to the property making it suitable for wheelchair access.
