Liebe Uwe, vielen Dank für Ihre positive Rückmeldung, es freut uns sehr, dass Ihnen die Wohnung gefallen hat! Wir verstehen, dass der Online-Check-in zunächst etwas aufwendig wirken kann. In Wirklichkeit dauert er nur etwa 10 Minuten und erleichtert den Ankunftstag erheblich, da die Anmeldung bereits vorab erledigt ist. Außerdem sind wir gesetzlich verpflichtet, alle Gäste offiziell zu registrieren. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder am Gardasee begrüßen zu dürfen! We're sorry if our notes about waste management and house rules came across as too strictimposing — our only intention is to encourage respectful cooperation with the environment and support proper recycling, which is something we really care about. As for the security deposit, rest assured it is not related to these guidelines it’s simply a standard precaution in case of material damages, as is common in many accommodations. Gentile Luca, La ringraziamo per la sua recensione. Il residence in effetti è molto vicino al centro ed ha un bel giardino con piscina oltre al garage. Sicuramente gli appartamenti hanno qualche anno e pertanto hanno un prezzo interessante anche in alta stagione. Di anno in anno cercheremo di rinnovare qualche servizio. Cordialmente Romina

Buongiorno, vi ringrazio per la vostra recensione. A Lazise è attivo il servizio di raccolta differenziata porta a porta che chiaramente dipende dal Comune e non dalla nostra gestione. In caso di festività peraltro il servizio viene sospeso. In ogni caso al termine del soggiorno dei clienti preleviamo noi eventuali rifiuti residui. Cordialmente Regarda Travel
