Hilling Cottage is spacious and bright cottage just outside the town walls and is in a perfect location being just a short walk from all of Tenby's four beaches. It has two double bedrooms (one superking and the other king) one twin and one room with adult sized bunkbeds. It has a large living room and dining room, both with gas fires, a spacious kitchen and a private courtyard garden with a table and chairs.

Beautiful stay in this home. House was well equipped, clean and spacious. Great location! Communication with host was excellent and allowed for early check in due to availability. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is in the most perfect spot to explore Tenby, especially the town& beaches.Very spacious. Felt could do with some deep cleaning in certain places.

Great stay in a lovely house

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were well appointed and we loved the high ceilings. It's very placed too with food shops near by and a very short walk to South Beach. The car park - with permit - just just around the corner too. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

This house was brilliant in every way, the decor was great, location great and the owners were very helpful also. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great base for a Tenby visit

A lovely house, very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great location, 10 minutes walk to the beach and town centre.

Great location

Excellent location, so close to everything. Minutes walk away from the town centre, shops, bars and restaurants. Having the allocated parking space saved around £30 for parking costs for the weekend. 2 families of 4 stayed, plenty of space for us all in the 4 bedrooms. Excellent communication with the owner before and whilst staying regarding check in/out etc.

Perfect location to enjoy Tenby in comfort

We spent 3 very comfortable nights in Hilling Cottage. The space is wonderful, so is having two bathrooms. And free parking in the centre of town. We never needed our car, every was in easy walking distance, a Sainsbury, fish & chips, great sandwiches and baguettes, restaurants and pubs, harbour and beaches. We could have stayed longer!

Excellent Location

Stayed at Hilling Cottage with my family; in total there were six adults, one child and three small dogs (well behaved, house trained). The house is ideally situated being close to all amenities and the wonderful beaches at Tenby. The house is well equipped and there is plenty of room so that you do not get under each others feet. Would definitely stay here again if there was enough of us sharing as it is large enough for 8 people. We also made use of the small garden at the back of the house which was suitable to have a barbecue (which we brought ourselves).

Very convenient and well equipped house

We had a brilliant time in Tenby and the house was just right for our young family and grandparents. The house is pretty much equidistant to the three main beaches and has the supermarket, car parking and fish and chip shop all nearby. The hosts were very swift to respond when we had an issue with one of the bedrooms which was put right within 24hrs. We would happily stay again.

Relaxing long weekend in Tenby

The cottage was perfect for us. Its placed right in the centre of Tenby so 5 mins walk to beach, harbour, shops and pubs. Even though its central its really lovely and quiet. The photos do not do it justice as its really spacious and comfortable. All you need in the kitchen and comfy beds. We will return again I am sure.

Very easy and convenient, great stay

The house itself was great for two teens, parents and grandparent along with two dogs. Closed yard makes it easy to pop dogs outside and also to come through when sandy from the beach (little outside shower too). Location is great, you can get to three or four beaches in less than five minutes walk, and also into the centre of town ; which is great for everyone having some independence. Big sainsburys is just around the for corner for essentials. We discovered some fabulous places for coffee and food (loafery and stowaway for coffee and deli bits and Il Caminetto for good family Italian food, with really welcoming service). There are more things to do nearby - we had a day trip to Picton House and a boat trip out to Canvey Island. For a mixed generation week, just taking things easy and mooching, with two dogs who enjoy long walks it was perfect.

A wonderful Easter break

A great house in a fab location. It was plenty big enough for 7 adults spanning three generations. Having two showers was really useful. The house was warm, clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend!

Last minute get away.

We decided on a last minute weekend away and found this gem of a house. Such a fantastic location, the house is beautiful and very well looked after, but what made is so great is the wonderful care we had from the owner. Her communication regarding check in/ out were first class and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this property, and we can’t wait to return!

All very good. Plenty of space for all 8 of us.everything there, although no cloths to wash up bits. Because of late booking and cancellations with other companies I was nervous about receiving information so close to holiday dates. But all was good, not complicated and very simple rules for leaving. Thank you for our stay.

Lovely property in ideal location

We had a lovely stay at Hilling Cottage. The property was clean, comfortable and ideally situated with access to the town and local beaches. The property is well stocked, Wi-Fi is reliable (essential for kids) and a smart TV with access to Netflix etc. Parking permit was supplied and Joanna was extremely helpful with any queries. Highly recommended !!
