Luxury 3-Bedroom Countryside Villa with Pool, Quelfes
Very spacious, well-furnished and decorated in a rustic style, this villa can comfortably sleep 8 people (maximum 6 adults and 2 children). It comprises an entrance hall on the ground floor that leads to: a first bedroom with a queen-size bed, a small sofa that turns into a sofa-bed comfortable for a child and en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle; a second bedroom with a very comfortable queen-size bed and a working station with a wide desk and very comfortable chair; a second bathroom with a shower cubicle; and a service toilet. The corridor leads to a spacious living / dining room with a fireplace and sliding doors that open onto the swimming pool and terrace area; and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a dining table with 8 seating’s, ideal for family reunion.
The master bedroom with a small balcony where you can marvel the view over the terrace, gardens and the coast at the horizon, is situated on the upper floor and offers a king-size bed, a sofa that can turn into a second sofa-bed suitable for a child and a bathroom with a bath tub.
The swimming pool area provides sun lounges and parasols and is surrounded by a vast and beautiful landscaped garden of succulents and fruit trees, providing a peaceful atmosphere. A pergola is available close to the trees and hedges, offering a harmonious place with a sofa-lounge for six people and tea table for relaxing moments.
With a southern orientation and exceptionally vast indoor and outdoor living spaces, this family villa built over two levels offers a great sun exposure throughout the day and fabulous amenities so that you can enjoy the peaceful lifestyle of the Algarve interior.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi.
The departure cleaning service on the amount of €100,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash.
Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of €6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival.
The city tax on the amount of €2,00 per person, per night (max of 5 nights) is due on arrival in cash.
It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings.
Due to its location and for an enjoyable stay, it is highly recommended to have a car. Easy parking is available inside the property, on the driveway, for a maximum of 3 cars.
