Completely renovated, decorated with care and perfectly maintained, our apartment Confidence 3 is very functional, warm and perfectly arranged.
For a little privacy, to partition the spaces, the Confidence 3 apartment allows you to have a separate bedroom from the rest of the apartment.
- Location # 1, in the heart of the city, on a pedestrian zone, far from the noise of cars. You will be able to enjoy calm and serenity.
- Apartment renovated and decorated with care
- Comfortable and clean bedding
- Installations in compliance with health and safety standards and in perfect working order and maintenance.
- Crockery, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils in sufficient number and in perfect state of maintenance.
Cleanliness is our priority. The operation of the equipment and the state of the furniture is systematically controlled between each rental.

Our apartment Confidence 3 is fully equipped, ready to live for your holidays or business trips. It is on the 2nd floor. The living room is facing south to make you enjoy a beautiful light, and the room is north, to ensure a cool rest. It is a T2 apartment (separate bedroom) very nice and functional, it consists of:
- A living room with the kitchen, a dining area and a living area with its TV
- a sleeping area in a separate bedroom with 1 double bed (quality bedding) and an office area
- a bathroom (sink, shower, toilet)
- a large storage cupboard with shelves and wardrobe
- a washing machine is available to our tenants in the common areas
To enjoy a quality stay, offers a choice of well-equipped accommodation for your holidays or business trips.
