Close to nature and the countryside; its ideal location for hiking and cycling with its secure bike paths. But also the nearby town (3mn by car or 10 mn by bike)and the thalassotherapy center at Lac du Tanchet, the nearest beach at 1.2km and shopping centers and restaurants. 7 apartments are ideally located with panoramic sea front views and a south facing terrace.
