In an area classified as Historic Monuments, the Petite Maison (48 m²) is located near the castle and the fish farm.

The front door (with a 4-step flight of steps) leads into a bright living room with a wood-burning stove with a kitchen and dining area.
On the lower level (3 steps down), you will find:

Completed in 1902, this is one of the last castles built in France. Classified as a historic monument with its park since 2009, it is considered one of the masterpieces of Henri and Achille Duchêne. These princes gardeners, renowned landscape architects, designed a castle in communion with its gardens and the lush nature of the surroundings.

Perched on its hillock, the castle dominates the Dombes countryside and its numerous ponds. On a clear day, the outlook allows you to see Mont Blanc to the east and Beaujolais to the west.
