Another lovely comfortable stay here.

Cosy and comfortable accommodation, with very comfortable beds and stunning views of the estuary from lounge and master bedroom, and just a short but steep walk into town.

Everything was great, amazing view, comfortable rooms and beds. Only thing I would change is to make it a bit warmer - we tried turning the radiators up but it didn't seem to work.

Lovely Place !

Spacious with excellent views ! The Lookout came free with a very hot and sunny late October weekend ! It was the perfect break in superb accommodation ! We both highly recommend this apartment.

Nicely decorated throughout. . The view of Dartmouth is so beautiful from every rooms. . The layout of the property between two bedrooms with 2 bathroom/shower gave us real privacy for 2 couples. we have everything we need. we were very comfortable inthe flat. Enjoy the marvellous viewof Dartmouth town and Royal Naval College.Would definitely like to revisit. Thankyou for offering us to stay inyour very comfortable and very beautifullydecorated flat with super super view of Dartmouth

Spacious, well-equipped, wonderful views

The flat was more spacious than expected and the views over Dartmouth from all windows are spectacular. Everything was very thoughtfully presented, from the comfy large bed to the lovely bath fittings. Short walk down the hill into the centre of town. I have never seen so many repeat bookings in a visitor book, which tells you a lot!

Lovely stay with amazing views!

Lovely apartment with amazing views. Apartment was very spacious, well equipped and clean overall but some areas needed updating/deep cleaning. Walking distance into Dartmouth albeit steep. Walked to Dartmouth Castle and the cove, lovely cafe there. Can highly recommend an Indian takeaway from The Spice Merchant and meal (large portions) at The Floating Bridge pub. Would definately stay again.

It was exactly what we needed for our trip to Dartmouth.

It was our second time staying at the flat. The flat is very spacious in all the rooms. Really clean and has everything you need. The cherry on the cake is the spectacular view over the town and river Dart. If we come to Dartmouth again which I’m sure we will, we will be staying in the flat for a 3rd time. 5stars.
