Little Trevarrack is a wonderful 18th century traditional Cornish cottage that has been in the same family for five generations. The cottage has been lovingly refurbished for the 2025 season adding some additional touches, including an elegant, pressured shower, outside warm water rinse off area and tumble dryer. The cottage is full of character and its location is enviable, being both secluded on a country lane and within easy reach of the beautiful beaches in Carbis Bay and St Ives. Little Trevarrack is the perfect base for beach days, dog walks, relaxing and exploring the local area. You are also close to St Ives with its cobbled streets, independent shops and art galleries, including the Tate Modern and The Leach Pottery. There are local rail links from Carbis Bay and St Erth, where you can catch The St Ives Bay Line for a picturesque and convenient journey to St. Ives.

Little Trevarrack is the perfect base to explore the magnificent West Cornwall coast line including Land’s End, Cape Cornwall, Marazion, St Michael’s Mount, Mousehole, Newlyn and the Lizard Peninsula. There are also amazing places of interest further afield such as The Helford with its beautiful scenery and noteworthy gardens, Trebah Garden and Glendurgan Garden are well worth a visit. Padstow, Port Isaac, The Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are also a drive away. After all that exploring you can relax in welcoming surroundings of the cottage and unwind. Beach 1½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1½ miles. Please note: There are a set of narrow stairs at the property. These are fitted with handrails. There is also a 2-step entrance to the property. There is a fridge only, no freezer at the property.
