Cozy family house, near the beach, located on the village square in Koudekerke

Note, extra house information;
-Groups / young people under 25 years old,  are not allowed in this holiday home.
-Maximum 1 dog allowed at 35 euros.
-Renting of bed linen is mandatory. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
-Renting towels is optional, these costs 10 euros per set of two towels. Please order at least 1 week before arrival.
-The deposit will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible, but in any case within two weeks after your stay.
-We think the house is most suitable with a maximum of 4 Persons.

Holiday home Dorpsplein is a cozy family house ideally located in the small center of the friendly village of Koudekerke, a ten-minute bike ride from the beach at Dishoek. You can also reach the center of Middelburg or Vlissingen in twenty minutes by bike. There is a sunny, enclosed garden at the rear of the house.

The layout of the house is as follows: through the hall you enter the living room with sitting area, dining area, open kitchen and bathroom. The house is nicely furnished and everyone feels right at home. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The bathroom is modern and has a shower, sink and toilet. Through the French doors at the back of the living room you enter the private garden, here is a garden table with sofa and chairs under the trees. Via the steep, real old Dutch staircase you reach the first floor, here are three small bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and a sink, one with two single beds and one with two single beds and a baby bed. There is no stair gate (child safety) in the house. Attention; there is only 1 toilet in the house.

The house is located in the compact center of Koudekerke, near to the supermarket (Jumbo and Aldi), a bakery, a bicycle rental and a number of restaurants.
Monument city Middelburg is nearby and has many pleasant terraces, narrow streets, beautiful old buildings and canals. You can also enjoy shopping here and there is a golf course on the outskirts of the city. Vlissingen is nearby and has a beautiful boulevard with terraces and also a pleasant shopping area. You can enjoy cycling and hiking in the area. You can park your car on the street for free.
