Atractiva villa independiente de cuatro dormitorios y tres baños con excelentes vistas panorámicas debido a su posición elevada. Se accede a la terraza desde la sala de estar y comedor de planta abierta principal que ofrece magníficas vistas hacia el pueblo de Le Bar sur Loup en la cima de la colina. Hay una cocina moderna totalmente equipada y cuarto de servicio con frigorífico americano y lavadora. En la planta baja, la suite principal ofrece un vestidor y un baño con bañera independiente. La escalera de piedra conduce a los dormitorios y baños del primer piso, que también cuentan con impresionantes vistas. El jardín tiene una zona de comedor al aire libre con horno de pizza y barbacoa de carbón. El jardín alberga numerosos olivos y manzanos que proporcionan zonas de sombra. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The view was beautiful, and instantly relaxing. Our friends and family all loved the villa. Sitting out on the terrace after dinner and watching the stars and satellites move through the night sky was a favorite pastime.

The place where we'd like to live.

We decided to go there cause my wife felt in love with this house on the pictures. A picture remains a picture... Sometimes it's a deception when you arrive. Hère... It was just the best surprise we've ever had. The place is peacefull but close to all the comodities at the same time. The house is just perfect... Spacious, lovely, well equiped. A really high level of service. The communication with the owner is clear and easy. Probably the best place we've ever rent. For sure... We'll go there again..

peacefull and tranquil location

The villa is well-maintained with a lot of TLC and it has everything that you need. It has a beautiful view on the surroundings and bar-sur-Loup The picture is older and the property is now completely surrounded by fully-grown trees, which to some extent spoil the view. The entrance gate to the property lays 25-50 meters lower and hence it is a steep climb to get to the property, for older people this can be an issue to deal with. For everything you need a car (bakery/groceries/... ) all at 3-5 km from the property. if you like clubbing and promenades this is not your spot, but if you like a quiet and beautiful location at 60-min drive from major cities (Nice, Cannes, Grasse, Cap-ferrat, Monaco) , this is a nice place. Plenty of hiking and canyoning options in the area for an active family holiday.

Great location, nice villa, but not luxury

The villa was in a lovely spot with amazing views over to Le Bar sur Loup. It was very comfortable but it could do with a refurb. The bathrooms are dated and needed a good deep clean. The master bedroom could use a King size bed, the room is plenty big enough. Also, a lot of the dishes, glasses and cutlery in the cupboards were dirty when we arrived, probably the previous occupants fault but this should be checked. The pans were also tired and could use replacing. Lots of things also didn’t work, like fans, remote controls and the TV could only find multiple regions of BBC 1. Final thing was the steepness and difficulty getting up the drive should be mentioned, certain cars would struggle with it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t go back, it didn’t live up to it’s “luxury” billing in the description.

A Great Week!!

Have just enjoyed a fantastic week here in Le Bar! Weather was brilliant and really helped us re-charge the batteries. The villa was fab, bright, airy with beautiful vaulted ceilings in the lounge. Very well equipped with everything we could have needed, UK tv channels to watch, fantastic views across the village through to the gorges. Spacious comfortable accommodation with two beautiful newly refurbished shower rooms , sheer luxury, we will be back to enjoy the swimming pool in the summer!!

FABULOUS LOCATION AND PROPERTY .

We stayed at this lovely villa during October half-term. The villa is beautifully decorated and fully equipped . It was also very clean on our arrival and everything was in working order. John was also very helpful during our stay. There are some great local villages to explore, plenty of activities and the wonderful coastal towns of Cannes and Antibes are easy to get to. We would thoroughly recommend this villa as the perfect place to stay, we loved the house, the pool, gardens and the local area. We will certainly be re booking for another holiday.

Perfect!

We wanted to get away from the hussle and bussle of Christmas so booked up for Christmas week at this lovely villa in Le Bar -sur-Loup. We weren't disappointed, the location is quiet and private, the villa is spotless and the decor is bright and fresh. The main living area is large open and airy. The kitchen is very well equipt with ample crockery ,utensils etc. The bedrooms are a generous size and the beds are comfy and linen very fresh and clean. The two upstairs bathrooms (main and ensuite) have been recently completely refurbished wit good quality fittings , we were the first to use them apparently, T.V., Wifi and other electrical appliances all worked well with no problems once we were shown how to use them by the manager. Although we were there in winter we could still use the several outside seating areas to enjoy the amazing views and even managed a barbeque the weather was so mild! The garden is large and set on typical provençale terraces leading down to the quiet road and only 5 minutes drive from either the village of Le Bar sur Loup which has some excellent restaurants or Chateauneuf pré du lac which has cafés, bakers, bookshop, nice square to sit in and an Irish pub. The supermarket is 10-15 minutes away (the English speaking manager who was very obliging with his meet and greet and local knowledge of where to go and what to see at that time of year also how to get to the supermarket and stuff like that). The villa is in a good location between sea and mountain lakes and very pretty villages. The view is breathtaking over to the village, mountains and the valley below. A great cycling location for the green cycle trails. Our stay was exactly what we were looking for over the Christmas period and felt we really had a relaxing break. Thanks you Sarah, we hope to come back in the summer months to enjoy your pool!!

Great location, lovely spacious villa

Lovely spacious well equiped villa, lots of different areas to sit outside, and great view up to the medieval village. This is a good location for day trips, beach less than an hour, Monaco just over an hour and Valbonne, Grasse both very close. You definitely need a car, and the drive up to the villa is very steep, but we managed even in our hired transit! John was really helpful when we arrived, showing us how things worked and around the villa and pool area. Easy family holiday and we would definitely return.

Pretty villa, lovely pool area

Lovely villa in quiet location with great pool area and beautiful views towards Bar sur Loup. Barbecue and pizza oven were very popular. On the downside we stayed at a particularly hot time of year and the lack of aircon made sleeping very uncomfortable. Please also beware of the extremely steep and winding driveway which is not for the faint hearted. The barbecue is not gas as specified in the particulars so charcoal is needed. The walk to Bar is approx 30 minutes, much of it uphill but we recommend a drive to Tourettes which is a much prettier village with great restaurants. Overall we had a great holiday and facilities were excellent other than the lack of air conditioning.

Wonderful Villa

We have just returned from a fabulous week at the villa-such lovely views across to Bar sur Loup from the pool and terrace. Great kitchen/dining area and space to relax both inside and out. Lovely personal touch from John whom we met to collect the keys who showed us round and made sure we were settled and again on check out- everything ran very smoothly. Great villa location to explore the surrounding area- with a family of cycling addicts it was perfect for some mountain climbs as well and a must visit to St Paul de Vence, Family Greenberg had a great time.

A wonderful French country side visit in a lovely villa

I can't say enough, this was an awesome experience for myself and family. We are from the US and our daughter was married at La Mouissone in Grasse at the end of May. The owner's helper John met us as planned in town to drive us to the villa, he made sure we had everything we needed and explained a few things then he was off! We did need to call him the next day and he answered immediately. The house was extremely clean, beds were very comfy and the sheets were soft and cozy. The kitchen had every thing you need and the pool was delightful. If you need more than one towel, there is a washing machine or bring a micro one to dry off from the pool, they dry quickly. The boulangerie in town was our spot every morning for croissant and cafe. I needed a doctor while there and the pharmacy recommended 2 in town. One saw me immediately. you must try the restaurant in Le Bar Sur Loop, Hotel Particulier Jasmine, it was delicious but make a reservation. I would love to come back and stay!

Fantastic, beautiful & relaxing

This is a stunningly beautiful place to spend a holiday. The villa is luxurious, comfortable and well-equippped, and the views from the terraces and pool are amazing - we could happily sit and look out over the valley with a drink in every night. The local village is within walking distance and has some great restaurants, and you are close to the coast of Provence. Highly recommended and we may be back.

Lovely villa in a lovely area

We had a great week at Sarah’s villa. It has everything you could need - a well equipped kitchen, lovely terrace with amazing views, a good bbq and outdoor dining area and a nice pool (with the same amazing views). It’s not within walking distance of any shops/cafes so a car is needed but we loved the seclusion. Highly recommend.

Beautiful villa with incredible views

We had a wonderful family holiday staying in the villa, relaxing by the pool, enjoying BBQs and playing table tennis, and generally enjoying quality time together. The villa was clean and comfortable with spacious bedrooms. There was plenty of choice for outside dining and the gardens were extensive (although not as green as normal due to very sunny weather before our visit). The olive and oak trees and undulating landscape still provided lovely surroundings. We walked to Bar sur Loup (about 20-30mins with 4 children in tow!), and also visited local villages of Gourdon and Valbonne within 15 mins drive. A day trip to Monaco was also fun! John was very helpful on our arrival and departure. All in all a fab holiday. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.

Lovely villa, lovely pool, amazing view

We had a brilliant family (from 9 months to 60+) holiday in this wonderfully comfortable villa. The view from the terrace is fabulous especially of an evening with a glass in your hand. The pool was a great success with the grandchildren and adults alike. There are lovely restaurants in the village. A very relaxing time!

The house was beautiful, very comfortable with all facilities and the view absolutely stunning.

We had a wonderful holiday. Everything about the house, the views, the decor was fabulous. The pool was a bit chilly but then we were there in May, at the start of the season and actually it was quite refreshing as everyday was hot and sunny. The gardens are beautiful and there were sweet little areas to enjoy breakfast, lunch and supper outside. A very lovely place that we would love to return to. Honor, J and Family. BATH. ENGLAND. The property is beautiful, well kept and everything you need in the kitchen

We stayed here at the end of July 2016 with another family. The villa is very spacious and has lots of room inside and out. The location is perfect to access other towns and you have a supermarket 5 minutes away. The only thing that was disappointed was that although it says it's a 10 minute walk to the nearest bars etc, you really couldn't walk as the roads were a bit scary and personally think it may of been 20 mins. I honestly couldn't fault anything about the villa, everything was perfect. Thankyou Sarah for always your quick responses.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location

We had an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bar sur Loup. The house is gorgeous, tastefully decorated and with all the mod cons you need. The views all around the villa are spectacular and the pool is absolutely lovely. Cannes lovely beaches and shops, medieval villages and canyoning are all nearby. We think it was a pretty perfect week and hope to make a return visit.

Een prachtig huis op een prachtige plek

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit stijlvolle en ruime huis. De villa heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de bergen. Er is van alles te doen in de omgeving: de stranden van Nice en Antibes zijn niet ver weg en het beroemde St Paul de Vence is een half uurtje rijden. Het nabijgelegen Pont du Loup biedt activiteiten via Fun Trip. Canyoning is een echte aanrader. Maar voor wie rust zoekt heeft de villa alles: stilte, ruimte en zwembad om lekker in af te koelen. Het huis biedt alle comfort en is schoon . Wat mij betreft is het vijf sterren waard en ik hoop zeker snel een keer terug te keren.

The villa was beautiful with superb views

Set in lovely country side , the beautiful villa has plenty of space both inside and out and is tastefully decorated and fully equipped . It is close enough to explore the fabulous surrounding villages as well as the famous coast and the family thoroughly enjoyed an actioned packed holiday from trips to local sites, shopping in Cannes to canyoning ! We would all recommend this villa as the perfect place to stay ...we loved the house itself , the pool and gardens and the local area ...it ticked all the boxes for us all . The Marsh Family .

Beautiful Villa in stunning setting

This was our first visit to the South of France. Our family of 4 looked specifically for a accommodation that was comfortable, with great views and well positioned to use as a base to explore the coast and the hills. We were very happy with out choice and would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa to friends and family. The pool and terrace are great with views of the nearby village, Le Bar Sur Loup, which has several good quality restaurants, a shop and patisserie. From here, you can see the stunning hilltop village of Gourdon with panoramic views of the sea. We visited Monaco, Cannes and Antibes, all within a short easy drive. The landscape is hilly and great for Cycling (best done early before it gets too hot). If you just want to relax, then the Villa is well equipped, quite modern and very comfortable with good Wi-Fi. The pool is very private and the gardens are enclosed in a security fence with electrically operated gates. The drive from the gates to the house is steep, following a concrete drive, which requires a little caution for the first few times if you have a larger car. Overall, this was a great holiday. We would definitely return.
