Apartment located in a storic building just three minutes from Piazza delle Erbe, the oldest center of Verona.
The apartment is on the first floor overlooking two beautiful internal courtyards full of flowers.
It consists of a large living room, a kitchen equipped with every appliance and fully equipped, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a large shower) and a walk-in closet / laundry.
The apartment is spacious, bright, suitable for working from home as it has an excellent fast internet network.

Peaceful Home in Verona City Center

Our family enjoyed our stay in this Verona home. Its location can’t be beat — a couple of blocks away you feel the vibrancy of the city but the street it is on is very quiet. Perfect spot for any family! Our host, Michela, was very responsive and accessible. She made sure our stay was comfortable. The check-in process was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Verona is a real gem

We were on our way home after a week in Sardinia. Verona is such a lovely city compact and delightful. The Apartameno di Charme is a real gem. Right in the centre, so well appointed n ideal for “eating” your way through the city. Veronese food is special and we really ate well. The AirCon in the apartment was needed as the temperature all week was blistering. The only disappointment was that the description of the property gave the impression that there was access to an outside space which would have been special. Sadly there was no access. Really relaxing few days.

Lovely stay in Verona

Fantastic location near the Piazza delle erbe. Communication with property host was prompt and excellent. Apartment was comfortably outfitted with everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable Home Away from Home

Comfortable home with good beds, comfortable couch, nice dining area as well as kitchen table. Great shower. The location was perfect for our month-long stay in Verona, easy walking to Piazzas Erbe and Bra, to Veronetta and San Zeno, Roman Theatre and Giardino Giusti. We have already booked our stay for next year!

Well located, nicely furnished and appointed

We had a very enjoyable short stay in Verona (25th to with July); Michela made us very welcome - little finishing touches such as a selection of teas coffees biscuits and toiletries make all the difference.The apartment is superbly located within easy walking distance of all the main attractions and a good selection of restaurants are nearby.

Very central, quiet location and helpful host

Just back from a great short break in Verona. The apartment is right in the centre of town but still quiet. Also the parking nearby was very practical. Michaela welcomed us and explained everything. Thoroughly recommend a visit!

Stayed July 2024, 3 adults self catering, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The apartment is handily located between Piazza Duomo and Piazza Erbe (both 2 minutes away), 5 minutes to Juliet's House and 10 minutes to the Arena. Area is flat and all attractions are within walking distance. Shopping and supermarkets are close by. Quiet and safe area.

What a simply perfect place to stay. A very big apartment, in the heart of the old town. You feel like you are a Resudent living in Verona, it is very, quite and very well appointed. It is 5star accomodation. Could nor recommend it more highly.. perfect.

This is a beautiful apartment in the old quarter of the city. Very close to the main shopping and restaurant areas. It is an easy walk to the arena and all other facilities. Michela the owner is absolutely marvellous, helpful and friendly. This is an excellent apartment for a visit to Verona. We will be booking with Michela again for our next visit to Verona.

Really a great apartment

This is a modern apartment located in a Middle Ages building. It is clean, quiet, comfortable and minutes away from all the Old Verona sights and restaurants. The host is extremely helpful. I strongly recommend it.

Everything about this flat was perfect - immaculate, very roomy, quiet and comfortable; lots of attention to details. Loved, loved the location and nearby restaurants, shops, cafes and sights. Stayed 3 nights and wish it was more. We hope to come back sometime. Thank you, Michela!!!

A real slice of Verona

We were four adults (two couples) staying in Verona for several days. Verona is one of my favorite Italian cities and this apartment was perfectly located near to the Duomo. The apartment was on a quiet vicolo and was very comfortable. We had everything we needed and it felt like we were staying in a real Italian home. Michela was molto simpatica and gave us great suggestions upon check in. We absolutely loved our visit and recommend this apartment to couples, a family of four, or just for two is also nice. Molto grazie Michela - la vacanza è stata molto bella!!

Great location, spacious ell equipped apartment

The location is ideal. Easy walking distance to Verona attractions including the Roman amphitheater. The apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped and the owner accessible. We appreciated her finding us a parking space nearby. The living room is air conditioned and the two bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Great location and beautiful apartment!

My husband, son, grandson, and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Verona. We were pleasantly surprised to find an elevator to the second floor. The apartment was clean and very well-equipped. The location was amazing--just steps away from many of the sights in Verona. Our host was great and easy to communicate with. I'd highly recommend it for anyone!

Great Choice for Verona

The apartment fit our needs perfectly. The location, as has been mentioned in other reviews, was exceptional - close access to the old town, choice of restaurants & shops and on a quiet side streets. The kitchen is a nice size for cooking, all appliances worked well and the dish supply was ample. The support provided by Mickela and her back up was truly exceptional. We feel lucky to have found such a nice spot for our stay in Verona.

Lovely apartment, absolutely perfect location!

Michela is a way we’re the host! She met us when we arrived and showed us where to park, quickly showed us around the apartment, gave us some maps and answered questions. Very nice and helpful. Apartment was perfect for a family of four - 3 beds and 2 full baths. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Michela was very accommodating for our check in, and provided so much information about the apartment and the area. She had maps, brochures and a handwritten list of essentials. The apartment was beautifully appointed, with every comfort we could wish for. The basket of snacks and goodies was very much appreciated. We can definitely recommend this lovely property.

Comfortable apartment

Michela was an excellent host and did everything possible to keep me comfortable even during a crisis of heat and hot water. She is a very kind woman, and I wish I had spent more time with her. The apartment met all my needs, and the location was ideal for me. All the appliances worked seamlessly, which isn’t always the case. If you want to be on a quiet street yet close to the hustle and bustle, you will enjoy this apartment.

Good stay

I always rate places on 3 categories; safety, cleanliness, and comfort. Felt plenty safe at the apartment and the surrounding area. The host was more than helpful. Apartment and area were clean with plenty of towels/bedding available. Kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. Shower stall was good size and great water pressure I'd give the beds 3-4 stars, however, I did sleep like a rock both nights. Spacious apartment with plenty of room to spread out (there was only 2 of us, but would easily accommodate 3 adults and a kid) Overall, would recommend for a Verona visit.

No temperature control

The apartment was so cold that neither of us could sleep. We reported to the owner the next day and she said she would adjust the heat but it was even worse the second day so we left a day early.
