Comfortable Historic GITE for 14 persons - HotTub/ Use of Tennis Court opposite

Chateau de Chambres is a large stone house with an interesting history, and rooms named after French chateau’s. It is situated in the village on Montanel within the Bay of Mont St Michel. It is part of the commune of St James in Lower Normandy and just 1 mile from the Brittany border. It is close to Mont St Michel.

Chateau de Chambres is rented as a Gite, with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
The house accommodates 14 persons. There are 6 bedrooms all with modern en-suite
facilities. It has 4 double beds and 6 single beds situated within the 6 rooms, and perfect for a family holiday. There is also a Utility Room with a washing machine and a hand iron. Next to the Utility Room is an added Shower and separate toilet for your convenience when downstairs or using the Hot-Tub.
Chateau de Chambres is in an enviable location situated at the end of the village opposite the Marie (MayorsOffice). Within one- minute walk from the house you find yourself in lovely undulating countryside, enabling long solitary walks. Chateau de Chambres has an enclosed courtyard overlooked by its stone and slate roofed Coach house. There is ample free parking directly opposite the front of the house, at the Marie. There is outside seating and a large dining table in the courtyard area which boasts a full-size Hot Tub, which can be used for your pleasure at extra cost. Behind the coach- house there is an enclosed garden equipped with 2 washing lines.
Opposite the garden is a full-size tennis court for use of our guests. We suggest that you bring your own rackets and balls. We hope that the new children’s playground will be completed by Easter and will be available to Guests. This is just a short walk from the House.

A "500 EURO" DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN AT THE TIME OF BOOKING FOR ALL RESERVATIONS, RETURNABLE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF LEAVING THE GITE. MONEY WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR BREAKAGES, MISSING ITEMS AND EXCESS CLEANING OF THE GITE IF IT IS VACATED IN AN UNRULY STATE.
