This brand new and beautiful 6 bedroom villa offers extreme luxury, space and privacy. This villa is very modern and lavish and you are ensured a peaceful and relaxing break. The ideal villa for large family groups.

As you enter the villa, you will find the kitchen and dining area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your comfortable self-catering stay as well as an island with extra seating for 4 persons. The dining area seats 8 persons.

Next to the kitchen, you will find the main living room area which offers ample seating with comfortable sofas, TV area and large patio doors leading out to the garden and pool area. There is a wide screen television, an upgraded Satellite TV with Video on Demand and complimentary wireless Internet (Up to 20 Mbps).
One of the six bedrooms can be found on this floor which has two single beds and you will also find a bathroom with a shower and WC

Upstairs on the first floor, you will find the remaining 5 bedrooms.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, wide screen television, double bed and the added luxury of a large walk-in wardrobe. There are 2 more double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms. There is a large shared balcony leading from the bedrooms where you can enjoy the stunning Protaras sea views.
The main family bathroom with a bath, overhead shower and WC can also be found on this floor.

Outside in the garden, the spacious covered and uncovered areas provide plenty of room for outside dining, sunbathing and relaxation as well as a barbecue, sun-loungers and large private pool. The pool can be heated for 30 EUR per day.
