The stairs lead master bedroom with king size bed, ensuite with bath and shower over, wc and basin. Second bedroom with super king zip & link, which can be split to 2 x 3ft singles and third bedroom with 2 x 3ft singles. The second shower room with wc and basin complete the first floor. The ground floor comprises kitchen with Range cooker, fridge freezer, Dishwasher, microwave, & washer/dryer plus dining area. The lounge with seating for 6, and wood burning stove. Parking is for a maximum of 2 cars and super fast broadband. This cottage offers the feel of a cottage, but with the modern touch, and just a 2 minute walk to Porthmeor Beach.
