Este es un amplio apartamento en el sótano con mucha luz natural y una entrada privada situada en un hermoso vecindario de South Jordan, Utah. This was exactly what we were wanting in a place to stay. It was clean and easy to get to. Very easy check-in and a nice quiet neighborhood. The lemon dessert she left out to welcome us was divine. Thanks for such a great stay!

Busy family week.

We loved staying here! So much room, so many extras. We stayed for 4 nights and our family came and went easily. We married off a daughter and we couldnt have picked a better place to accommodate our needs with enough beds, a full kitchen, and space to finish up some wedding projects.

Nice Large and Bright, Great Place to Stay

We stayed here for quite a while and it was perfect for our family. One of the rooms has a couple bunk beds and the kids LOVED that. The home was very thoughtfully prepared with everything you need and more. We appreciated the off-street parking and quiet neighborhood. The host is so friendly and helpful too. We will definitely stay again or recommend to family/friends visiting the area.

Bright, roomy and abundant

PLENTY of towels, toilet paper, paper towels, blankets, etc. Landlord very friendly and helpful. Fresh bread was waiting for us upon arrival and rooms are very large. I'd highly recommend this place.

Perfect basement apt with everything you need

This is a perfect place to stay. It was clean, matched the pictures, and conveniently located for my purposes and for Salt Lake. It is really spacious and can fit a ton (my family is 7). What impressed me the most was how well stocked it was with everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, etc. and the owner left us cookies when we arrived-so cute!! It was a very nice week!

Simple but perfect

Everything was great. Access and parking was easy. Very spacious and clean, easy to move around. Our 1 year old liked the room to crawl around. It suited our needs perfectly. Reasonably priced for the amount of space you get access to.

Great place for kids!

This place was very roomy. We had 9 adults and 7 kids and it was perfect. There were lots of toys for the kids to play with inside, as well as several scooters and skateboards and things outside. There was plenty of room in the kitchen for all of us to eat together. And the owners left a plate of cookies for us, which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. It was a great place to have so much of our family all together.

Work Trip

Some of our employees travel for work. We have been working in Park City, and this is our guys favorite place to stay they love it!!!!! When she is booked they are all bummed they can’t stay there .... she is a true gem!!!!!

Pretty perfect

We've stayed here twice now, and we have had no issues whatsoever. It's spacious. Easy check in and check out process. The host was gracious enough to let us have a babysitter for my kids so we could attend my sister's graduation ceremony. The property was great for our needs. Thank you!

Quilting Retreat

We had four of us staying to work on quilting projects and didn't want to cook, so brought a cook. The kitchen was well-stocked, even with quality knives (rare!), nicely laid out and spacious. It's a really cute space with so many beds! And toilets and sink/bathing space nicely separated. Our hostess was eager and willing to help us feel comfortable. Huge fenced patio for children to play on.

Great place for family to gather

We showed up very late, but arrived to a light on, a note welcoming us and a plate of muffins for the next morning. Communication was always answere quickly and was always very helpful. The house was clean, and comfortable. Our children very much appreciated the toys, books, coloring items and the room they all got to stay in together. The beds were comfortable, kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies and the eating space was large enough to comfortably gather. If we need a place on the Wasatch front again, this will be our choice.

Perfect Ski Pad

We as a family (all adult children and spouses/ fiancé’s ) enjoyed our annual family ski trip while staying here! Laurie was great w communication even offering suggestions to help us in getting to the ski resort on time. Amazing kitchen (pans that aren’t Teflon and scratched and sharp knives!), plenty of beds and bathrooms. I agree w previous posts that the toilets outside the bathrooms were so practical. Tons of hot water for ski weary bodies! We absolutely would recommend this place to everyone coming to visit SLC.

My first basement apartment stay

We arrived early, and our host was very accommodating. When we entered the apartment there were flowers and a treat waiting for us. We were so pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment. There was plenty of room to spread out. Our family of 4 and 1 toddler had more than enough room, and it was also very clean. It was near many attractions, and more importantly near the family we were there to visit. We will definitely be coming back here when we visit again! Thank you for your generosity and wonderful hospitality!

SO MUCH SPACE!!

Traveling with a youth rugby team in the summer heat is STRESSFUL but being able to stay here made a world of difference. We worried about everyone feeling on top of each other or squished but it was so roomy! General consensus was "WOOOOW! This is NIIIICE!" This was our first Vrbo experience. I read some horror stories and was nervous but we were far from disappointed! 10/10 would recommend!

Perfect for our needs!

This was the perfect place for our large family! It was very clean and cozy, and had just the right amount of beds for everyone and all the amenities we needed. The location was also perfect. It’s tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, but close to all the essential stores and easy enough access to major highways. Laurie was amazing to work with. She responded right away to our questions and was always very friendly and accommodating. She even had snacks sitting on the counter for us when we checked in and popsicles in the freezer for our kids! No one has ever done that before, so it was a nice surprise and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Laurie!

Very impressive

Very lovely home with enough space for large groups. The owners clearly put forth a tremendous amount of effort in providing almost everything you could think of to make your stay enjoyable. The only thing I did not realize was that there was only 1 toilet. It didn't affect the 10 of us too badly because we spent most of our time at our tournament. Just something to be aware of if you plan on staying in the home for extended periods of time with many people.

Perfect for a Large Family

We used this basement apartment as a place to sleep and shower- we weren’t there during the day. We had a family of 13 and all had a place to sleep. The layout is unique, but we liked it. The large bunk room had lots of additional floor space for playing or sleeping. The kitchen is very accessible for a large family. The separate toilets and showers are also nice for a large family. If we were staying at home all day, we may have felt differently, but for our needs, it was extremely functional and we all loved it. We also loved the well-placed children’s toys and art supplies. The host was helpful and kind when we needed her.

We manufacture thumb abduction splints, primarily for children with cerebral palsy, and other conditions that affect the use of the hand. I employ one of my daughters who lives in Arizona. I have 6 adult children, and 15 grandchildren, living in Colorado, Arizona, and Washington.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We purchased this property because of the layout. One of my sons uses a walker and wheelchair, and the bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry on the main floor are easily accessed for him. Additionally, the property itself was appealing, as it can be used in many different ways, zoned as horse property. We have not had horses, but have had goats as a 4 H project years ago for one of my daughters. We have used the garden level area for several different things. Office space , extra rooms for visiting family, year to year rental, and now with VRBO.

Nice side yard, is with beautiful potted plants, and access to additional large cemented area with basketball hoop. Lawn chairs, out door play equipment for children.
Also inside, we have placed extra mirrors near outlets in all bedrooms and in the semi private room so more people can get ready at the same time.
