A spacious and bright villa that sleeps 6, located at the entrance to the town. The 65-square-meter property is just a few minutes from the town center and about 2 km from the beach. The first floor features a spacious, air-conditioned living room with a sleeper sofa, a relaxation area, satellite TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi. The living room opens onto a covered veranda and a garden with a fully equipped barbecue, perfect for enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner outdoors. There is an outdoor shower in the garden.
The sleeping area on the first floor consists of a second bathroom and two air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and a single bed, and a smaller bedroom with three beds, both with access to a balcony overlooking the village.

By car, in five to ten minutes, you can reach the beautiful beaches of Simius, Porto Giunco, Campulongu, Spiaggia del Riso, Punta Molentis, Notteri, and Santo Stefano, as well as the Capo Carbonara Marine Reserve. Nearby are the golf courses at the Tanka Golf Club, open year-round, as well as tennis and padel courts. For hiking enthusiasts, just a few kilometers from the town are the Sette Fratelli Regional Park and the Cuccureddus archaeological site.
Just 100 meters from the house is the summer bus stop, which takes you to all the beaches, the shuttle bus to and from Elmas Airport, and the public transportation line to downtown Cagliari. Cagliari Airport is about 50 km from Villasimius; you can take a shuttle bus from the airport, a service provided by the municipality of Villasimius and available during the summer months from May through October.
