Thank you so much for taking the time to review our villa Herr Dobner, Please excuse my English as it is much easier for me to express myself. First of all we would like to thank you so much for your words about us, it is something we always love, to share our knowledge about Crete and local area with our guests so to make sure that they have a great experience. Core of the great experience also is the quality of all the house experience as well. We believe first of all that the quality of the house amenities and services really makes it of great value and, even though we can not possibly offer the same quality as a luxurious villa without increasing our prices, we are committed to upgrading the amenities we offer as much as possible and often. With this in mind we like to thank you for noticing some issues that could be done in a better way. The satellite tv is a multi national receptor and even though we would love to have oriented nationally choices for many channels, this is not easy (or affordable) to do so, having considered your recommendation, we will soon buy smart tvs that can connect with our fiber internet (available since last month) so one can also stream the channel of his preference via internet. As for the wind, Crete is an island and as such is more prone to intense wind from mainland areas in general and the south winds blowing from time to time to Crete would not be easy to be controlled at any outdoor place at any house without affecting the aesthetics or the functionality of the place. We are though in the process of refreshing our gardens and we are expecting as soon as certain plants grow enough to be able to have a better protection from the wind. We will indeed oil and tighten some of the door handles, thank you for mentioning, we have not noticed before. The shower bracket is not standard in a bath, but it is a good idea and we will ask our future guests if they would like the idea as well: if so we will be glad to have one if possible. As for the pipes of the sewage system, as mentioned also from you, it is not possible I am afraid, as in all houses in Greece. Again I wish to thank you for your kind review, we always value feedback and many upgrade we have made in the past and plan to do in the future are actually ideas from our guests! We thank you for this contribution and it was nice meeting you!
