We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time. Thank you to Tina for the local tips, looking after us and her consideration to ensure we had the best time. The property is very nice, furnished well and was a great place to stay. Excellent location, beautiful views, great local amenities and a fantastic taverna 2 min walk away. Would highly recommend.

Lovely property everything within walking distance, big pool great views from the pool area. Only one thing the stairs to the top floor are quite steep might not be the best for people not so good on their feet. But I will be back.

Our holiday was just beautiful. Kefalonia is a beautiful, beautiful place. The villa was all that wed hoped for, amazing and the swimming pool was fantastic. The view of the mountains and the beautiful flowers was just breath taking. The local tavernas, supermarket and bakery had everything we needed and the food was absolutely lovely. The best holiday I have ever had, truly a fantastic time, thank you so much for all of your help leading up to, during and coming home from the holiday. Also the taxi firm we used to pick us up and take us home were brilliant, highly recommended, Kefalonia Day Tours. Thanks again for such a great holiday.

Another extremely enjoyable stay at Villa Fedra my third occasion and I am already planning my 2017 holiday. As I travel alone it is a home from home and I feel very comfortable and relaxed in the property. Nothing is too much for the cleaner Aida with her also providing gifts of home grown olives and figs to me and neighbouring guests. Aida as always went above and beyond her job of cleaning the villa. She is so very welcoming caring and kind. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She is a credit to the company and Kefalonia.

Katalios Villa

The villa had a good location not far from the bars etc in katelios. Is was a 30 minute steady walk along the main road but there is a very quite country road which can be taken instaed and is by far more pleasant to walk. The villa had everything we needed, and it had great views when sitting or lying by the pool at he rear. The spiral stairs may be an issue for the less mobile elderly or young children. The maitenance people ( Ada the cleaner and the garden pool man) were very pleasant and very helpful. We have stayed in Katelios a few times now and it still has the charm we love. All the bars etc by the sea front serve great food and there area over 12 different eating places so a good choice and variety of food available. We loved Captain Jerry's and the fish there was really good quality and value.

Beautiful part of the Island. Villa Fedra is very spacious and we were grateful for the comfort of the sitting room in the villa as the weather was unseasonably chilly at night. We didnt worry about the amount of noise the children made because there were no neighbors! There is a wide terrace which was great for dining and for watching the great sunsets. Villa Fedra was in a good secluded location close to Skala but still away from the main tourist strip which makes it a perfect relaxing place. There is also a beautiful beach within a few minutes walk where we enjoyed an early morning stroll. We found the people of Katelios very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there.

We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. They are magnificent. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day which in turn gave us a break too! Everyone in Katelios was extremely helpful and friendly, giving us directions and recommendations for places to visit. We also visited Skala and Poros and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Agni Travel Team was extremely helpful & they gave us a lot of useful information and contact numbers for the local area. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

We had the most amazing time in Villa Fedra! The villa and surroundings are exactly like on the photos. The nearest beach (Paralia Katelios), is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. The villa has everything you need. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used the barbecue most of the time. The location was perfect, so you can explored the island and beaches without any problem. The agents and staff of Agni were very nice and helped us with everything during the whole process. If youd like to enjoy some peace and quiet with warm sun and beautiful waters, this is the place to go! We are already planning our next trip to Kefalonia and would definitely recommend Villa Fedra!

I cant say enough about Villa Fedra and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The Villa Fedra and Katelios/Kefalonia were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches near and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only 10 minutes walk away. The place is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

Villa Fedra was a prefect choice for us, location is brilliant with a choice of restaurant and beach front within a 15 minutes walk away. The villa is very private and highly secured. The housekeepers checked on regularly to check we had everything we needed, plentiful space over 3 floors with 3 bathrooms. Thank you for the welcoming wine and bread it was a lovely touch.

This is great place to stay! Kefalonia is beautiful and wonderfully relaxing. Katelios is a lovely little village with about a dozen restaurants, mainly on the sea front. We ate out a lot! The beach is nice and peaceful with shallow waters perfect for children to splash about in. The house is lovely, clean, modern and everything you need. Great pool, great barbecue, working air con. The cleaner Adda was a superstar and made sure everything was okay throughout our stay. The downsides - very few indeed! Probably not suitable for the elderly or those with small children. The house is over three floors linked by spiral staircases. Our kids are 6 and 9 and were fine. Food at local shops was great for fruit and veg, not so good for meat and fish. If you want to use the barbecue you probably need a car to get supplies from Skala or Argostoli. The local restaurants are so good and such good value that eating out was easier. Overall, this was a fantastic house and a fantastic holiday. Would certainly love to return.

We had a great time at Villa Fedra. Having stayed previously in Villa Ismini we knew that this villa would be excellent in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The setting is peaceful but the villa is within walking distance of the village and beach. Villa Fedra is very spacious and we were grateful for the comfort of the sitting room in the villa as the weather was unseasonably chilly at night. All the white goods are of a very high quality and worked efficiently. We loved the pool and relaxing on the loungers. We would really recommend a trip to the Melissani and Dogarati caves, which we drove to. Parking was available along with cafes at both. The Melissani Cave is very popular so an early arrival is helpful. The local beach was busy but for the price of drinks sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. A real bargain!

A fab villa, scrupulously clean thanks to Ada - who visited us regularly to check on everything. A perfect location, peaceful but also an easy stroll to the supermarkets, tavernas and beachfront. We have used Agni Travel on numerous occasions and have always found them to be efficient and friendly. We would most definitely return to this Villa, or the adjoining two. A lovely resort, not too touristy

As always I had the most relaxing week at Villa Fedra. This was my second visit to Kefalonia this year having stayed in the neighbouring Villa Semeli in June. Katelios is a beautiful place and so idyllic and with so much choice of tavernas along the sea front. The villa is truly a home from home. Ada and Thimmios make me feel so welcome (I have been visiting since 2012) and nothing is too much trouble for Ada. She is credit to the Agni team. I am already missing Kefalonia and looking forward to visiting again in 2019.

We had a great holiday and Ada the cleaner who is a character was brilliant and called on us regularly Thimios the caretaker was also excellent. He met us on arrival (11.00 pm), came in 10 minutes when we locked ourselves out, and cleaned the pools up quickly after some fores on the surrounding hills Katelious is a jewel, its very unspoilt, no huge developments, very friendly people and some superior restaurants. We loved it.

A great villa we really enjoyed our stay. The only other comment I would make is that we couldnt get our suitcase up stairs to the double bed room as the spiral staircase was too narrow, so needed to unpacking it from the living room.
