We had a great time at Theo Beach Villa. The kids had fun at the pool which was cleaned Daily. We enjoyed the great views, the beach and tavernas nearby. The owners were also always very friendly and hellpful. We will definitely be back

A lovely house which has two separate apartments. It worked well for us. Walking to a beach and a taverna each day was perfect. The pool was deep - all the women were out of their depth! The shaded area was lovely and the area is very quiet. We loved this place!

We had a lovely time at Theo Beach. We had a great view of the mountains and sea from the villa, it was just a short walk to the beach and taverna and sometimes we just enjoyed relaxing at the pool or the house/garden area. It was simple a great stay.

Serenity

This property is for those who is looking for relaxing and quiet vacation. Its remote and far away from all the clubs and activities of the city. Minutes walk from the beach and many tavernas (restaurants). Property is great. The only problem we experienced was the internet, it only works on the ground floor.

We had an absolute great stay at Theo Beach Villa. Our kids (and we) loved the pool and the lovely nearby beach. The house was regularly cleaned during our stay and the towels always changed. There was also a nice "welcome package" (bread, oranges, wine etc.) waiting for us upon arrival. The owners, who run the excellent taverna close to the house, are also always very friendly and there to help. When we had a problem with the refrigerator it was fixed within an hour! We also always enjoyed the great sea and mountain view from our balcony when we had a coffee there. All in all we had a fantastic time at Theo Beach and Frangokastello and will definitely be back soon.

Perfect relaxing getaway. So close to quiet sandy beach and great large pool

With a large family, this villa was perfect. Plenty of indoor space for my 5 children to all roam and several terraces and a large covered area. We used the downstairs kitchen as it was easy to sit at the large dining table, and there was plenty of equipment to cook meals on the nights we didn’t eat out. It was great to have large pots and pans which could cater to our large family. The only thing we missed was plastic cups suitable for having water round the pool ( and with tiled flooring and kids…) The pool was fantastic. It was large enough for all kids inflatables to be in at the same time! The beach was literally on your doorstep. No steep walk or climb to get to it, and having a outdoor shower next to the pool, meant that you could rinse away any sand on your return. The Villa had everything we needed, and we were given fresh towel and bedding during our week stay. The cleaning ladies were very helpful and friendly, and the villa and area felt safe and secure. We encountered mega winds during our visit which we were not expecting them to the extent they were, so we didn’t perhaps go out and visit local places of interest as much as we thought we might. This actually made for such a relaxing stay. The local shop has everything you need, and is quite reasonable. The local terverna did fantastic food to suit everyone and were really friendly. The plants and trees around the villas has grown since the photos were taken, and they are great for providing some extra privacy and shade. How lovely to have olive and lemon trees surrounding the back of the property too!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the villa! We loved waking up every day and walking to get our morning coffee (at Dux cafe) along the beach. We actually walked everywhere - even to lunch/dinner (Vatalos, Oasis, Georgias Tastes etc...) The beach is a 2 minute walk from the villa and we enjoyed everyday there! The beach is stunning - clear water and soft sand. We are already planning our return :)

Simply Paradise!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the villa! We loved waking up every day and walking to get our morning coffee (at Dux cafe) along the beach. We actually walked everywhere - even to lunch/dinner (Vatalos, Oasis, Georgia's Tastes etc...) The beach is a 2 minute walk from the villa and we enjoyed everyday there! The beach is stunning - clear water and soft sand. We are already planning our return :)

Amazing Stay

The home was great. The owner was great and his little restaurant down the road had some of the best food on the island. Great little beach is a few minute walk away. All and all a great stay!

We had a great stay. The villa is perfect for a two family stay with two separate entrances for what could very well be described as two apartments. The owner Spiros has the taverna Vatalos closed by and are very nice and helpful with both taxis and car rental. We celebrated my birthday at Crete and had a nice evening for which the Taverna donated a birthday cake.

We had a great stay again. The location of the villa is excellent and the house itself is well equipped and cleaned regularly. Very friendly owners, who also run the taverna just a short walk down the road close to the beach. It is a great location for a family holiday while it is still peaceful and relaxcing. We would recommend a rental car for the stay since Frangokastello itself is a bit remote. We will definitely be back soon!
