Good experience

It was the first time in Menorca for us. The place, cala en bosch, were is the House has all the comidities you need for a family, with a nearby harbour with lots of places to have ameal. Altough the house is a biy noisy due to the road nearby and sleeping with open windows can be disturbing. The house is big enough for 6 people and is well maintended.

Buena Villa, pero en zona ruidosa

La villa es maravillosa porque es cómoda y está bien equipada pero tiene dos fuentes de ruidos muy importantes: el alto tráfico que tiene en la calle donde se encuentra y el jardín de la casa vecina, donde hubo huéspedes que generaron ruidos casi todas las noches. Al no tener aire acondicionado, es calurosa pero debes decidir entre abrir las ventanas y dormir con ruidos constantes o pasar calor. Creo que la instalación de aire acondicionado solucionaría perfectamente el problema.

Location avec piscine en famille à 1 km de la plage

Belle maison avec piscine et jardin, beaux espaces intérieurs pour une famille de 4. Mais le lit deux places n'est pas confortable et la climatisation ne fonctionne que par courtes durées, ce qui perturbe les nuits.

Menorca wunderschön - Villa Calitja aber nicht zu empfehlen

Das Objekt an sich ist in Ordnung, ein einfaches, einseitig angebautes Appartement mit nettem Veranda-Pool-Gartenbereich. Die Lage hingegen ist ein Problem: Stark befahrene Strasse direkt auf der Schlafzimmerseite stört den Schlaf und rauscht fast ständig. Einige Teile der Wohnung bräuchten dringend Investitionen - so ist z.B. die Türe gegen die Veranda mehrfach kaputt und kann nur mit den Schutzläden gesichert werden, der Kühlschrank ist sehr unpraktisch gesetzt und war innen ständig voller Tauwasser. Sehr enger Parkplatz direkt zur Strasse hin ist mühsam und nicht ungefährlich für die Ein- und Ausfahrt (keine Sicht). Das Nachbarhotel gegenüber der Strasse stört mit hämmernden Bässen zu irgendwelchen Animationen in den Abendstunden. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und ab Ende September kaum mehr brauchbar, weil zu kalt. Agni Travel als Betreiber hat jeweils prompt per Mail reagiert, die versprochenen Hilfe kam aber nur teilweise (so wurde z.B. eine Türreparation versprochen, aber nichts ist passiert). Man merkt, dass Agni Travel als Betreiberin sehr weit vom Kunden ist und die Angestellten vor Ort schlecht koordiniert. Auch das Putzpersonal kam unangemeldet zur Aufnahme der beanstandeten Mängel, der versprochene Wäschewechsel erfolgte dann aber nicht. Zum Glück gibt es eine Waschmaschine im Haus, wir haben sie fast täglich genutzt. Zweimal kam ein unbekannter Mann, wortlos, der sich nachträglich als Besitzer herausgestellt hat, für kleine Arbeiten ums Haus und beim Pool. Beim zweiten Mal begann mit dem Motormäher zu lärmen, direkt vor unserer Nase, während dem Morgenessen! Die Privatsphäre ist hier nicht gewährleistet. Das nächste Mal lieber wieder Airbnb o.Ä. von privaten Betreibern. Wir hatten trotzdem einen tollen Aufenthalt, weil wir täglich die fantastischen Strände und die tolle Insel erkundet haben. Tipp. Reiten auf der Westseite bei Cavall son Angell!

The house is very nice, clean, with all the equipment we needed. The pool is great. The inconvenient is that the house is located on a very noisy road.

Très agréable

Maison très agréable avec superbe piscine, coin barbecue et transat et proche des commerces. Cependant la route qui passe devant la maison est bruyante car beaucoup de circulation ce qui est gênant pour dormir fenêtre ouverte car absence de climatisation

The Agni Travel team is extremely helpful and they gave us lots of useful information and contact numbers for the local area. We previously, had booked a villa in Lanzarote through this company. Looking forward to booking with them again for next year.

We had a wonderful time in Menorca - it is truly an idyllically beautiful island with stunning turquoise water. We stayed in the Villa Calitja Dos, which was clean, comfortable, cozy and has everything you need for a 2 weeks holiday at a reasonable price. Situated in the heart of Cala en Bosch, it takes only a short walk to get to almost everything: supermarkets, tavernas, bars... We also visited Ciutadella de Menorca, Cala Blanca and Cala Galdana. Nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. We will returning again.

The beaches with the blue sky water, where you would like to stay for a long time, the many attractions that tourists like to go to, have been part of our search for new experiences. We found Cala en Bosch and Villa Calitja Dos to match all our wants and wishes and are glad that we booked them for our holiday. Villa Calitja Dos has 3 very cozy rooms, with clean bathrooms, a well-equiped kitchen, and all other amenities. Nice spacious outside area with a private pool and terrace and a nice dining/BBQ area where you can sit out and relax with a glass of wine. Almost everything is in the vicinity of walking distance...beach, restaurants, bars, but still in a calm neighborhood. Nice and friendly people in Cala en Bosch. Menorca has become one of my favorite travel destinations and I know we will be back soon! Highly recommend this villa and company.

I work a lot of hours and was in need of a breakaway and time to relax with my family. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location near to almost everything: beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Nice terrace, garden, and pool area, we really enjoyed relaxing there during the day and evening. We loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. The villa and Cala en Bosch were perfect for my family. We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Cala Blanca, Ciutadella de Menorca, and Binibeca are. While there we took several trips to fab beaches near Cala en Bosch (Platja de Son Xoriguer, Platja de Son Saura, and Platja de Bellavista). Nice quality time spend there: tasting local food, wine tasting, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall impressions: the villa is spotless, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa and Cala en Bosch for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

I cant say enough about Villa Calitja Dos and its location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Cala En Bosch were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby the property and around the marina, you will find a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. There are also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only 3 minutes walk away. Cala en Bosch is very charming, clean, and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

The House was fantastic and the pool great. Clean on arrival with wine and water waiting for us! The walk to the beach was via a small path. Good location and a walk into Loverly Cala en Bosh of an evening. Mahon is an easy drive away. We will return on our next holiday.

Only my husband and I stayed at the villa so we had plenty of room. I would like to go back next year with my son his wife and two children as there is enough room for all of us. The water was always lovely and hot and having two toilets is always a good idea. We never used the bbq but would if there is more of us. I cooked most evenings and the supermarket was very well stocked and only a five minute walk. We went to the marina to eat as well which is very vibrant and about a ten minute walk along the main road or 15 minutes if you walk be the sea which is lovely. We stayed for 12 days and the weather was fab. The sea is about a 15 minute walk away and well worth the visit we would go for a couple of hours then back to the villa for lunch then a swim. Can’t wait to go back. Agni travel as usual coming up trumps. Thank you.

We had a lovely time at Villa Calitja Dos. It was perfect. It was equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were a little closer than expected. Supermarket just up the road. The Marina and main area only a 10 minute walk away. That was a bonus when wearing heels! It was exactly what we were looking for and we’d definitely recommend this villa.

Lovely villa in a great location. Easy walk into Cala en Bosc. Pool is great size and depth so we could swim and play in the pool (2 adults,2 teens). One minor improvement that could make it even more perfect is a few staples supplied in the kitchen area such as salt, black pepper, cooking oil, coffee. In general guests would happily top up /replace as necessary. We bought some basics and left them at the villa which we hope will be passed onto future guests
