This was my first time staying in this part of Dalyan. I previously stayed in the Maras Cd area, but with a larger party of people. Theres just 2 of us this time so it was lovely to find a villa that suited us very well. We loved it. Thank you.

Terraced villa

The villa was very clean and well laid out , there being 2 bedrooms both ensuite and only 10 mins walk to the centre. My only issues were : We was taken from the VRBO website to another agent on to their website . The villa was described as semi detached , it wasn't , it was terraced and quite noisy from both sides ( which were semi- detached ) the villa was described as having an oven , but instead it was a dishwasher , there was no villa handbook and not once did we see the villa manager for any key handover , the key was left in the door, fortunately our eagle eyed taxi driver spotted this in the dark . Perhaps in the future, a lock box could be provided on the wall and a code sent to the renter ?

We really enjoy our stay in Villa Duman 2. The villa is really cozy, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with anything we need. The pool is really amazing. A plus is that there is an outside dining area as well as a BBQ. Very quiet location in a perfect setting. I would highly recommend staying here for sure.

We had a wonderful time there. The villa was spacious and very well-appointed and the air-conditioning was a real bonus. The living area was great and the bedrooms were so comfortable. The pool and garden area were well maintained. During our stay there, we visited Iztuzu beach, and enjoyed swimming and sunbathing there. Very impressed with the level of contact from the company before, during, and after our holiday. I hope that we will go again.

Great location, clean and tidy inside, and spacious terrace outside. We spent some really nice, warm evenings around the pool. Having a BBQ was a real plus. It was a very good holiday. Villa Duman 2 itself was well equipped with everything we needed. The outside area was amazing and we really enjoy using the pool where we spent most of our time. We also visited some nice restaurants nearby and tried really tasty specialties there. The contact with the agency was excellent, and all the given information was reliable. Thank you!

Its really peaceful and beautiful. The villa is very charming and clean and ideal for a family, and the pool area is fantastic with plenty of space to relax. Just a 3-minute walk and you are at the center of everything: supermarkets, bakeries, as well as restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. This is our 4th holiday with this agency and as always the service and standard of accommodation are excellent. Thank you for organizing a perfect holiday.

Worst property I have ever stayed in Dalyan

When we arrived we were welcomed by a young Turkish lady with very limited English, was not asked for passports which is a legal requirement in Turkey. We arrived late and decided to have a walk into town to get a drink only to find the door was broken and we couldn’t lock it! Apparently broken by the previous occupants but the lady booking us in failed to tell us. So I wasn’t comfortable leaving everything as there is no safe. Went to use the kettle……well let’s just say you would not want a drink, as it was disgusting and I mean disgusting, made me feel sick. Shame I can’t upload a pic! Bedding had holes in it, curtains hanging off the rails, stain up the bathroom walls and floor, half opened cereal and crackers that had been left in the cupboards. The garden looked like a jungle….weeds everywhere. The BBQ had left over charcoal from previous users and the tray was gross! You wouldn’t feed your dog off it. Previous occupants blow ups in the pool. As for the sun beds…..they were absolutely disgusting, the sun bed covers were ripped, and I mean ripped and mouldy!! No microwave, dvd or toaster as advert says just a toastie machine. She fetched us another kettle that leaked everywhere!! Please don’t go to this place and waste your hard earned money as you will be so disappointed. It’s such a shame I can not upload the pictures I took, but I will on the Dalyan Facebook site.

Excellent family friendly property, close to Dalyan town

Our first holiday to Turkey and this was a fantastic accommodation for us (2 adults, 2 children). The villa (pool, rooms, bathrooms) all very clean on arrival. 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (Migros) and then a further few mins walk into the main town where there are many restaurants, bars, shops. Our villa manager was easy to contact and very responsive and especially helpful on our last day helping us with our taxi back to the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Dalyan is a lovely little town by the river. People are kind and the villa is in a residential area so very authentic area. Kubra our host and her brother were fab. Always available within hours of messaging and always ready to help. The villa was lovely and basic. We enjoyed our stay. The pool in Duman 2 is situated in a way that there is shade on either side of the pool throughout the day and can be cold but a welcome cold when temp gets north of 30 degrees. The kitchen has a kettle and gas cooker but no oven or microwave. Which was fine as we got given a toaster machine. We loved our stay and we would return again

Most days we took a boat to Patras beach which has to be one of the finest and natural beaches anywhere. Contact with the other guests was good. The Aspendos Theater also on the list of sight-seeing was truly exceptional.
