Welcome to the cosy holiday flat "Casa Carla" here on beautiful Lake Garda!
Located in a quiet corner, above the lively old town of Garda, this large ground floor flat with private entrance and private fenced garden, living room with large dining table, satellite TV, separate kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and comfortable sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 6 in total), offers everything you are looking for a relaxing and restful holiday!

In the large and bright living room, with traditional wooden furniture, there is a dining table for 6 people, a satellite TV and a sofa bed.
In the separate kitchen there is a table with 4 chairs, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a gas cooker, a dishwasher, a toaster,
a German coffee machine and you will find everything you need to prepare delicious meals or quick snacks. From the kitchen you have direct access to the green garden to the front.
In the large bedroom with double bed there is a wardrobe and the French doors open to a small outside balcony to the rear.
In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed, a desk with chair and a large wardrobe.
There is also a large bathroom with window, bathtub with shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and a sink with mirror.
In the second bathroom with window there is a washing machine, a toilet and a large sink.
There is air conditioning in the hallway, clothes horse and an iron with ironing board are also provided.

Outside, next to the entrance of the flat, there is a large wooden table with benches to enjoy the warm summer evenings.
The large and green garden offers enough space for children to play or to take a siesta under the olive trees.
There is also a smaller table with chairs and sun and deck chairs are available for our guests.
You can park the car and take a short walk to reach the centre and the lakeside in about 900 metres.

Just down a side street is the well-known GARDACQUA, the spa and wellness centre with large indoor and outdoor pools with warm and salty water, large sauna and relaxation area, and an inviting area for massages and beauty treatments. In summer, the outdoor pool is fun for young and old.

Check-in from 3pm to 7pm.
Check-out at 10.00 am.
Obligatory taxes not included (payable in cash on arrival):
- Tourist tax (from 14 years).
- Late check-in: after 7 pm = € 30,00 / after 10 pm = € 50,00
