We are a professional and reliable accommodation provider that offers an outstanding experience to travelers, whether they’re looking for a base in Southampton Hampshire, or wish to explore the South Coast area.

Our serviced apartments can accommodate up to six people and ideal lodging for business travelers, corporate guests, holiday getaways, family and group tours and vacations, tourists, travelers, and remote workers alike.

You’ll love the convenience of our 2-bedroom serviced accommodation with one bathroom for your upcoming stay. With a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen smart TV with Sky, you’re sure to have everything you need. We also offer WiFi so that you’re always connected.

The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including fresh towels and linen. The space is perfect for families – in addition to the main beds, there are also sofa beds available.

This accommodation is cleaned professionally during each stay. In addition, our cleaning is upon request for more extended stays with fresh towels and linen.

Just a few minutes walk to Southampton multi-storey car park, this serviced apartment offers panoramic views and a handy laundry room so you can spend more time having fun on your trip.

Our apartments have self-check-in, and there’s no contact with anyone during your stay, so you can be assured that you and your family are safe.

EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Subject to availability and extra cost, check in can be brought forward to 2:00 PM and check-out extended to 12:00 PM. If this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

We’re also conveniently situated just off the M27, so we’re easy to get to no matter whether you’ve traveled by train or plane.

To access the lobby, use the keypad at the main front entrance and input the given code. From there, take the lift up to the third floor. You'll spot the front door key for Apartment 17 in the key box near the entrance, along with the code provided.

Once you have the key and opened the door, please close the box, scramble then numbers and close the flap. Please keep hold of the key for the duration of your stay. At the end of your stay, put the keys back in the key safe box.

Experienced confusion on the part of the host about the booking just a day before it started (told it was still unconfirmed and that I still needed to pay, when in fact everything had been finalised a week earlier with mutiple email confirmations). It was quickly resolved but not fun to go through. Didn’t like the policy of this company (StayZo) not to provide check-in info until 2pm on the first day of the booking (this wasn’t caused by the glitch about my booking, it was clearly their standard practice). Who wants to have to set off on their journey trusting that the info needed will arrive while you are en route? The location is good, very central, but the entrance to the building is shabby and worn and check-in details could be better (e.g. explain you have to walk up the first flight of stairs to find the lift). The flat itself seemed well cleaned - until we took our shoes off, when it was instantly clear that the hard floor was very dusty and grimey, as we felt dirt sticking to our feet with every step (we never went barefoot again). The mattresses were a bit thin and too soft to be comfortable; one room had no form of bedside light and you have to move a bedside table in order to open the cupboard for hanging clothes. The tv could not get a signal from the freeview box as the hdmi cable was missing (one was brought to us the next day but we missed the Friday night footie match we wanted to watch). Being there in a heatwave, we appreciated the two fans.

Well to be honest the property was locate on Corner of the street which parking was not available

The whole building was smelling very bad and which made us to leave one day before our date. The beds were broken we could not enjoy good night sleep. Over all the experience was not pleasant for the money we spent. Over £600 for only 3 nights.

My wife is a nurse. Throughout both of our careers, we have worked with many different people, from seniors to juniors and others from outside our specialities. For our private holiday breaks and for work, we have travelled extensively throughout the world and we have stayed in many different types of accommodation and have experienced many different levels of service and hospitality. Our aim is to consolidate all of our professional skills, our people friendly skills together with a great understanding of hospitality and customer service to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
