We arrived at 10.30pm to find someone in our villa! Horror! Guests who had arrived prior to us had let themselves into the incorrect villa. Thankfully the communication with the business running this villa was absolutely fantastic they really were amazing - and we were able to move in to the next villa along, which was exactly the same. The villas are simple, next time we’d bring some more home comforts games/pool toys etc. But it had everything that we needed. It said someone would be in to clean once in the week - that didn’t happen. But when the sink clogged someone was out straight away. Village taverna in the square was great, very cheap which meant we eating out was better value than cooking at home. Octopus bay is a must for snorkelling. We loved exploring the area, Chania is lovely and we visit lots of little coves for swimming. We’d definitely stay again, the villa provides excellent value for money. And the customer service is second to none.

Good Villa

Overall a really good villa but the pool is too deep for younger children and there wasn’t enough larger drinking glasses for more than 2 people when the villa can sleep 6 or more. The cleaner was very good but bedsheets and towels could have been changed more than once with the heat being so high over the 14 days.

On arrival it looked perfect grounds, pool, loungers all good Bedrooms were a good size and views were outstanding On first day we found the 2 mini markets about a 10/15 minutes walk the first with a lovely lady was very limited 2nd had a bit more but still limited and both a bit more expensive than supermarkets There are 2 tavernas 1 we never saw open the other

Vi havde en god uge i huset. Pool og udvendige forhold var super. Huset tjente sit formål, havde rigelige værelser. Dog er toiletter og bad meget slidte, bruseholder var defekt, toiletbræt ødefekt. I køkken mangler der lidt udstyr meget tyndt besat. Kendte beliggehed, men næste gang vil nok være tættere på lidt større byer, der er langt til større by/indkøbscenter. Trods mangler vil vi bestemt anbefale huset.

Overall loved the place. There were a few niggles like the garden lights being intentionally turned off detracting from the atmosphere, penny-pinching in the extreme. Not being able to leave the washing machine or dishwasher on when going out because the electricity fob was locked to the door key, very patronising, especially considering the money paid for rental.the location was excellent and the outside ameneties great. Did think more effort could be put into a welcome basket maybe salt pepper sugar coffee or tea a little milk we basically started from scratch. Angela was very good and the pool was excellently serviced. We would be happy to return when next in crete

Beautiful views in a lovely outdoor setting providing lots of options for seating both in and out of the sun. Well maintained gardens providing fresh lemons and rosemary for cooking and gin and tonic!!! Cosy living space with reliable air conditioning, Wi-Fi has been mainly good with lots of use by the younger generations!!!! Local village of Kefalas provided 2 options for eating out, easily walkable with a 2 mini markets to choose from which enabled is to shop for essentials. A supermarket was only accessible with either a taxi or a hire car thought as was more choice for eating out if desired. Despite having neighbours the villa was still very private. The cleaner visited 2 times over the fortnight to replace linen and towels and a general clean. We had a couple of issues that were promptly dealt with sing the Agni travel chat function, we were very impressed with this. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Great pool and villa

We did really enjoyed our stay. The pool was the cleanest one we've ever experienced and expertly maintained. The outside area was perfect, plenty of space, allowing us to lounge together comfortably as a group. It was a shame the rattan had no cushions though, so weren't comfortable to use. The property manager, whilst her english was limited, she was lovely, rectifing the couple of minor issues we had swiftly. Only downside is that if like us, you like to venture out for an evening meal and drinks, you do need a car, Kefalas was a lot smaller than we anticipated and the taxis (whilst very reliable, were not cheap... lol definite tourist rates!!!). Whilst we were there, there was only one taverna with a very limited menu. Supermarkets were nearby and catered for our needs, the store owners were informative and helpful. Just a personal note for Richard - might be helpful if there were some english interpretations for the programmes on the washing machine, I spent over an hour typing the greek words into a greek keyboard translator app to find a suitable one. Also some instructions on how to use the safe and reset the numbers for future guests. Best thing about being remote, it did mean that we explored the area more. Vamos nearby village had a few tavernas/resturants, Lake Kournas was lovely, water was beautiful to swim in. Georgopolis was lively of an evening. Almyrida beach was amazing. Kalyves beach was lovely too. On the whole, great place to stay (with a car)

Villa med svømmebasseng

Eiendommen ligger sentralt om man har bil. Enkelt å kjøre til mange landsbyer, badesteder, restauranter, etc. Hus og eiendom er akkurat som i annonsen. Enkelt å sjekke inn/ut, greit med renhold to ganger, basseng og søppel ble ordnet av utleier. Trygt og enkelt valg!

We were looking for a relaxing stay that this lovely property had provided us with and we are looking forward to our next stay here. Nice view of the mountain and the small village. We really enjoyed in the outdoor space around the pool. Villa was very nice and cozy. What we really liked the most is the surrounding area ( peaceful, natural landscape, hiking trails, etc.) but still, it was very close to Almyrida (10 mins drive), with lots of supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops within easy reach. The nearest beach (Omprogialos), which is very close, is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for long walks, swimming, and snorkeling. Overall, it was a pleasant holiday for us. Thank you for looking after us. We are already planning our next stay at the villa.

The location and the villa are perfect for a quiet relaxed holiday. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars...I think that the pictures accurately reflect the property. The outside and pool area were magnificent and we all had our own privacy given the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms. This is the first holiday we have had when we have not visited hotel resorts- and it was great to have ended up at such a well-thought-out and well-cared-for property. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the pool. The children loved the pool and terrace and played there almost all day which in turn gave us a break too! We also visited Plakka and Kalyves and spend a great time there: tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

We have just returned from an excellent and very relaxing holiday at Ekklisies Tria Villa. The Villa is very comfortable. Air Conditioning in all bedrooms. Well, equipped kitchen and utility rooms and great pool area outside. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our friends...The pool was lovely and perfect temperature in August...Kefalas has 4-5 nice tavernas only within a short walking distance. We tried nice tasty local food there and found the people of Kefalas and Crete very friendly and hospitable. Nice relaxed holiday overall. Already booked Ekklisies Tria Villa for next year.

I cant say enough about Ekklisies Tria Villa and its secluded location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! The villa and Kefalas were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa. The place is very charming clean and ideal for a family. The villa had everything we needed. I havent felt so relaxed and connected to a place in a long time. The villa was spotless on arrival and extremely cozy. The beds were nice and we all had a good nights rest. Kefalas, Plaka, and Almirida had nice tavernas which are only a short drive away from the villa. We found nice friendly locals there helping us with directions and places to visit. Recommended us to try their local specialties and most important their local wines. Very satisfied with everything, people, place, and the villa. Working with Agni Travel was also great as they were also a quick phone call away to answer any questions. Overall, highly recommended. You are sure to be satisfied and relaxed during a stay in this villa.

The location fully met our desires to where we could do day trips with ease and still have time to take advantage of the private pool and more local things to do. Set in beautiful countryside, the villa was very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces both around the BBQ/patio area, pool, and terrace! We had a great time there and were every day amazed by how lovely the places Almyrida and Plaka are (both reachable within a short 10-12 minutes drive). Most of our time we spend at Omprogialos and Koutalas beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. The villa is cozy, has more than everything you need, wonderful grounds, pool everything! Very satisfied that we booked this villa for our current holiday destination and we definitely book it again for the next year.

The pool and outdoor room are awesome. Michalis and his wife treated us as close friends and offered us help and suggestions for our sightseeing in Crete. A fantastic holiday with even better customer care from the owner and his team. We had a nice family gathering by the pool and sitting areas.

Even with the one dodgy afternoon with the weather, there was plenty of room for the girls to play card games at the dining table, for the little ones to watch a DVD on the corner sofas, and for myself and my partner to use the other living area to have a quiet 10 minutes. Thank You. Its also safely behind a gate. Again, and overall, we loved our stay at the villa!

Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Alles sauber, alles vor Ort was man braucht! Je nach dem was man unternehmen möchte, ist die Lage nicht die beste, da man definitiv ein Auto braucht und immer etwas fahren muss. Aber für uns war das gar kein Problem !

Globalement très déçu

- 1 seul passage de ménage en 10 jours. - Une carte électrique cadenassé à la clé de porte d’entrée empêchant de faire des machines à laver ou de faire chauffer l’eau du cumulus pendant qu’on part - cuisine bien trop petite et pas du tout équipe pour cuisiner ( manques d’ustensiles, poêle en fin de vie, ...) - globalement inconfortable. Canapé très dur. Literie de très mauvaise qualité au point que j’ai dû dormir dans une chambre que celle de ma femme Emplacement pas terrible. A côté de 4 villas identiques et à moins 20mn de kalyves Pour avoir plusieurs villa crétoise c’est clairement la plus mauvaise que j’ai faite. Je n’y retournerai pas même si on m’offrais le sejour
