Twin bedroom - sleeps 2 (if not required a discount applies), 2 single beds, chest of drawers, coat hangers, TV.



First Floor

Roundel Master bedroom (sleeps 2) king size French antique bed, TV, chest of drawers, large fitted wardrobe, dressing table.En suite bathroom with bath and shower.

Double bedroom (sleeps 2), double bed, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Twin bedroom (sleeps 2) which can be configured to a double bed (on request), TV, wardrobe with drawers under.

Family bathroom with shower.

The property has an electric car charging point. Please note there is a charge of £10 a day for usage, payable directly to the owner if used during your stay.
At the property we provide, towels, bed linen, kitchen supplies (washing up liquid, tea towels etc) and toilet rolls ready for you when you arrive
Under occupancy discount for smaller groups applies (please note only 3 bedrooms will be available for this size group)
Cot, stairgate and highchair available
Pets by arrangement only (note: pets are not permitted upstairs in the property). If you wish to bring a pet please let us know. Please note additional pet charges are £35 per pet per week (or part of) will be charged.
The mobile phone reception is very good in this rural location, as there is a mast about a mile away
The Oast is a detached property and there is an adjoining part of the house which is not rented out. This part of the house is sometimes occupied
The house is set back from the A28 which has a 30 MPH limit. There is a pub located to the side of the property
The property has central heating.
