The living room is bright and spacious, with a TV corner, double sofa bed and large window with sea view. The kitchenette is equipped with hob, fridge/freezer, oven and pull-out worktop. The sleeping area includes one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside, a reserved numbered covered parking space is available. The tennis court is reserved exclusively for La Caletta guests.

The listed properties are private homes and villas owned and rented by their respective landlords in accordance with Italian Law L.431/98 and Art. 21bis L.R. 16/17 Region of Sardinia. They are not hotel accommodations.

• Upon arrival, a security deposit will be blocked on the guest’s credit card (physical card required).
• The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing may vary depending on the bank).
• In case of damages or violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to retain an amount to cover expenses.

• After booking, online check-in is required (upload of documents and selfie for each guest).
• Data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
• A tourist lease contract must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; a courtesy English version will be provided.

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of your waste properly before departure.
