Magnificent Home!

Patrizia’s home is wonderful. Exactly as presented, new and so clean. Everything you need. Patrizia is the perfect host. We went to Siracusa, Ortigya, Mt. Etna, Taormina, Ragusa, and Noto..every location accessible from Fontane Bianche. We highly recommend staying at Patrizia’s!

Beautiful accomodations

We had an amazing stay. Everything is beautiful and well kept. Steps away from beach access, cafes and a few stores. The host shared some restaurant suggestions that ended up being some of the best meals we had. We did actually eat in alot, the kitchen was great. Would come back and stay here again in a heart beat.

very recently built modern villa, very clean and in excellent condition. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach is only 50m away. Patrizia the manager was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay there again

Perfect Holiday home

Upon arrival it was possible to check in several hours earlier which we highly appreciated. Everything was well organized. House, pool and garden were in perfect condition. Even some small issues with the internet were solved within minutes. Patrizia has been a very good host and gave very helpful tips. Fontane Bianche has some good places on offer but we spent most of the time in Ortigia which is only 20 mins drive. The beach was wonderful and only a 100m barefoot walk away. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

It felt like we were the first family to stay here

That is not true of course, but the house was spotless. The Air Con worked great in the crazy heat we had (36C) and the pool was perfect size for kids. One of our boys learned to swim here so it will stay in our memory forever :) Lets not forget that the location is basically "on the beach". We loved the morning stroll to the beach for a swim before the masses arrived later on, when we returned to our private pool. The town is quiet and relaxing. There is a great restaurant right on the beach where we went for Spritz and dinner. Siracusa is 20 min away by car, and even if you don't have one the train connection looked convenient.

Oasis of a house

The pictures just don’t do this place justice. It is pristine house that has all the amenities you need (minus a bbq). We absolutely loved this house which was the best of the 5 previous houses we have booked in Sicily. The host also provides such helpful tips in the area that includes restaurants, activities, cafes that were top notch. My only two complaints: the nearby beach was nice but super packed in August (to be expected) with little else to do right near the house and require a drive. The second minor complaint was the host was almost there everyday (or someone for the house, garden, pool, picking up tax) that it seemed less private or that she didn’t trust us (there are a ton of rules, none of which we had issues with but it did give us feeling she did not trust us - we are a very quiet family with two kids under 5).

Thank you for appreciating the villa and for choosing us for your holidays. I'm so sorry you had this feeling but this is my first time reading this. Maintenance work is essential for a villa of this type and I informed you upon arrival that I would come twice in one week to chlorine the pool and check if the water was in perfect condition. I enter just one minute, at a setted time during check-in, and I rin the intercom before entering. I do this to ensure my guests and those to come that the house and pool are always in perfect conditions. In the email I sent you before your arrival you are already informed that one day a week the gardener rightly comes to mow the lawn (15 minutes maximum), he rings before entering and you are already informed before your arrival. As for the rules, they are basic things for everyone, not specific to anyone. Unfortunately everyone has his own habits and to better manage a house and keep it intact, many things that seem normal to many, are not for others and so it is necessary to specify them. It was a pleasure to meet you and have you as guests and I hope you understood that the meaning of my work was to make your stay pleasant, not to control anyone

Superb experience

We had a terrific vacation in this house! We were welcomed by Patrizia with water, beer and sweet pastries in the fridge in the house - wow! Also before arrival and during the stay there was nice and helpful contact by mail and WhatsApp, Patrizia was always responsive. The house is spacious, modern, air-conditioned, very clean, sufficiently equipped and in perfect location (1 minute walk to the beach!). Nice for booth visit: there are enough towels in the house (+washing machine) and a chest in the garden with beach toys and umbrellas. The driveway has room for 2-3 cars. We slept very well at night, the beds are very comfortable and the number of mosquitoes is limited. The only criticism is the poor internet in the house. Especially in the evenings, the internet (not WLAN) broke down regularly and was so impossible to use. LTE reception in the village / house is very good, so we were online by cell phone. Our suggestion for improvement to make the grandiose house even better is a grill and pizza oven in the garden. :-) We will definitely come again!

Just fabulous

The house is fabulous. The location is fabulous. Everything was fabulous. This is a newly built house that is very modern, hidden away from surrounding area by high walls. As such it’s completely private and secluded. You can park your car within the gate. Yet the beach is literally 2 minute walk. When the beach got too crowded (only on weekends) we just went back to the pool for privacy. The house itself was decked out with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy and air conditioning was just right. And of course Patrizia was also fabulous— very quick to respond to any questions. There are a few places to eat within walking distance: two large restaurants that we found. Eating was outside so was super hot when we went. Of course every place has amazing food. There’s a small supermarket less than 10 minute walk and a man selling fruit and veg that’s next to a great cafe. The people go there for espresso and pastry and gelato before the beach. Patrizia also provides a list of restaurants and shops in nearby places such as Avola which of course requires driving. These recommendations are mostly high end places so very very good. Overall it was just a fabulous trip.

Villa ideale per vacanze tranquille con la Famiglia

Villa nuova dotata di quasi tutto ci'ò di cui si ha bisogno (manca il BBQ) per una vacanza tranquilla letteralmente a due passi dal mare. Posizione veramente strategica per raggiungere facilmente Siracusa, Noto ed Avola. Host gentilisssimi.

Die Villa war außergewöhnlich, perfekt gestaltet, sehr geschmackvoll mit allen notwendigen Möbeln und Accessoires eingerichtet und nicht überfüllt mit Gegenständen, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Verwaltung war sehr aufmerksam und respektvoll - auf unsere Privatsphäre wurde sehr rücksichtsvoll geachtet. Jede Frage und Bitte wurde schnell, sehr schell erledigt. Termine und Vereinbarungen wurden exakt eingehalten. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut - der wunderschöne Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Fantastische Villa für einen erholsamen Urlaub

Wir hatten einen fantastischen und absolut erholsamen Urlaub in dieser Villa in Fontane Bianche und haben jeden Tag dort sehr genossen. Patrizia, die Gastgeberin, ist überaus gastfreundlich und sympathisch. Zur Begrüßung stellten sie uns Getränke und Süßspeisen bereit und gab uns viele wertvolle Tipps. Das Haus ist in einem perfekten Zustand, modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und rundum sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sowie es in der Beschreibung steht. Die Bilder und die Beschreibungen des Anbieters entsprechen den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten. Der Garten ist ein Traum, ein wunderschöner Pool mit guter Größe, eine überdachte Terrasse mit einem großen Esstisch. Toll ist die Einfahrt zum Grundstück in welcher man das Auto parken kann und durch ein Tor und eine Mauer rundherum geschlossen ist. Der wunderschöne Strand befindet sich 1 Minute Fußweg von der Villa entfernt. Wir sind so begeistert, dass wir diese Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen möchten und werden ganz bestimmt noch einmal dort einen Urlaub verbringen.

Familie mit Hund

Eine gelungene neue Villa, die ganz den Bildern entspricht. Sie ist Innen wie Aussen sehr geschmackvoll und sehr sauber ausgestattet. Die Küche ist tip top eingerichtet, Bad & Schlafzimmer mit tadelloser Wäsche. Wir und auch unser Hund konnten den schönen Aussenbereich in vollen Zügen geniessen. Das traumhafte Meer lag gleich um die Ecke, kaum eine Gehminute entfernt. Die Vermieterin Patrizia war herzlich und hilfsbereit, per WA immer für gute Tips zu haben. Wir empfehlen die Villa sehr!
