ANGELES HOUSE, casa junto a la Catedral con Parking

Triplex en el centro de Sevilla.
La casa consta de 2 dormitorios, amplio salón y terraza privada.

Esta casa perteneció a Manuel González Santos, uno de los grandes pintores de Sevilla del siglo XX, con cuadros expuestos en el Museo del Prado.
El acceso al apartamento es por ascensor o escaleras.

El apartamento está completamente equipado y te sentirás como en casa.

Dispone de WIFI gratuito, Apple TV y Netflix gratuito para nuestros huéspedes.

Consta de 3 plantas, en la primera planta se encuentra la cocina (totalmente equipada), un pequeño aseo y el salón (con una gran TV y Apple Tv).

En la segunda planta se encuentra el dormitorio principal que tiene en el techo un cuadro original realizado por el propietario de la casa, Manuel González Santos.
La cama es de matrimonio, 180x200cm. Junto a este dormitorio hay un baño completo.

En la tercera planta hay otro dormitorio con cama de matrimonio (160x200) y un baño completo.

Aquí, en la tercera planta, se encuentra la increíble y acogedora terraza donde podrás disfrutar de las mejores puestas de sol de la ciudad.

¡Simplemente siéntate y relájate!

Ofrecemos un parking con un coste adicional de 15 euros por noche, el parking está a 9 minutos andando del apartamento. Es el parking más cercano al centro histórico peatonal, ya que la casa está justo en el corazón del casco antiguo de la ciudad.

El apartamento está justo en el corazón de la ciudad, no puede estar mejor ubicado. ¡Es perfecto para descubrir la ciudad simplemente caminando!
Está situado cerca de las principales atracciones de la ciudad como La Catedral, el Palacio del Alcázar, la Plaza de España, etc.

La zona está llena de bares y restaurantes, sin embargo, la calle donde se encuentra el apartamento, Calle Ángeles, es una pequeña calle peatonal donde no hay bares, es solo residencial y con muy poco tráfico, por lo que es muy tranquila.

Excellent location! Close to everything in the historic area but in a quiet street! It’s an older place with lots of character. The upstairs terrace is amazing with a gorgeous view of the cathedral!

The highlight of the property was the amazing view of the giralda from the azotea. Absolutely beautiful. We loved it! Also lots of space. An ideal location, a few steps from Calle Mateos Gagos. Charming patio in the entrance as you enter the building. I am hoping to book it again on my next visit.

Lovely place in the heart of Seville! We loved walking around this neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants very close by, and the Cathedral and surrounding plaza is only a couple minute walk away (literally 2-3 minutes). Also the views of the Cathedral from the top patio are amazing. The master bedroom is surprisingly large. We traveled here with our two daughters, and they appreciated that they were each able to have their own room (one slept on the foldout couch on the first floor), and their own bathroom. The kitchen is tight but very functional. The one thing to be aware of is that the apartment is more vertical than horizontal (hence, there are a lot of stairs as nearly every room is on a separate floor). But if you don't mind stairs, it's a wonderful place to stay. We'd be delighted to get to come back here again someday.

Great location! Terrace view is the best!!! Plenty of space for 4 adults. Host was great and the book of information they have for guest is very much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Amazing location

Best terrace in the old city

The location of the apartment is perfect for seeing all of the sights of the old city and downtown Sevilla. It's easy walking distance to the historical sights, restaurants and flamenco theaters. Highly recommended and I can't wait to come back.

Marvelous location, lovely apartment with a view!

This property is extremely well situated near the cathedral and in the heart of the center of Seville. The outdoor patio/roof deck is lovely in the evening. We had plenty of space for a family of four.

Perfect location!

The location of the apartment is wonderful! You can see La Giralda from the patio and bedroom window. The building is very charming. A few things could use a little updating but overall very nice and I would return.

Wonderful apartment in the middle of Seville

The apartment is walking distance from all of the major attractions, with many restaurant options nearby. The apartment is spacious and very clean, and we appreciated the smart TV and dishwasher. We loved drinking cava on the roof deck. Elena was a warm and responsive host. This was a great base for our trip to Seville.

Great place

Very central and can walk anywhere in old town. Note there is parking but is about 10-13 minutes away. So roller bags are a bit rough to take due to cobble streets. This is a small issue compared to the views and location however.

Thanks for your review. The apartment is just in the middle of the old city center, so cars are not allowed. This is why, there is a little walk from the parking to the apartment. The best way, is as you have a great location, you can forget the car during your stay and enjoy Sevilla just walking!

3 days in Seville

My husband, adult son and I spent 3 nights in this lovely apartment this spring. Check was easy. We had a slight issue with the digital entry but the landlord was immediately reachable and solved it on this pot. No fur5er issues after that. The roof top terrace was a real treat, providing beautiful views. The apartment is centrally located making it easy to walk everywhere.

Perfect location

We had a comfortable stay in this very central apartment. It’s round the corner from all the bars and restaurants of the old town and the beautiful cathedral. We had very heavy rain during our stay so we couldn’t use the lovely outdoor balcony but we still had lots of fun. The taxi transfer that was arranged by the owner for us worked well. The showers had plenty of hot water and the beds were comfortable. Many thanks, we must come again in the sunshine!

Lovely 3 level apt, with nice terrace view

This was a fabulous location and we loved the terrace view of the cathedral tower. Great restaurants and sights in walking distance. Be mindful of the view into the lower level bathroom from the terrace! We hung a towel on the window to avoid views that family members might have trouble unseeing! Tiniest kitchen ever was functional for snacks, coffee, and laundry, but i wouldn't want to cook in it. I would stay here again.

Location location location

The check in process was easy, the location was perfect right in the heart of Seville a few steps from the cathedral. My only feedback is that the apartment is a little dated, not like the picture. The a/c in the master bedroom barely work and due to the fact that it was summer it was difficult to sleep. The parking was not included but available at an additional cost.

Seville sunsets

This historic apartment is in a wonderful location in old Seville. Very walkable with many restaurants and shops nearby and of course the church. The stairs are winding and quite steep, so if someone has knee problems I wouldn’t recommend. The views of the church bell tower at sunset from the rooftop terrace are magical. It was very nice to have a washing machine for laundry, however the refrigerator was not working during our stay which was disappointing. Once that is repaired I would definitely recommend this apartment without reservations.

Excellent location

We were very happy with this choice for our stay in Seville. It’s on a quiet street very close to the cathedral and other important sights as well as lots of restaurants from which to choose. The property was clean, in excellent condition, and had good air conditioning. The master bedroom on the second floor is large with its own bath. The second bedroom on the third floor is small, no room to store luggage, but also has a bath. From the third floor you can access a small terrace which was nice at night with a lovely view. Communication with the owner was friendly and prompt. She even made a reservation for us to see authentic flamenco. Since we arrived by car, the only downside was a considerable amount of walking between the parking garage and the property. It was somewhat difficult with luggage. But a representative met us near the garage and guided our way. All in all, we highly recommend this property in Seville.

We just returned from ten days at Calle Angeles 3. In terms of location you could not ask for anything better. To get there was a bit of a challenge. If you are renting a car, park at Interparking Cano y Cueto. It is a 5 minute walk although we did not believe the route due to all of the cobblestone streets so ended up taking an Uber. Ubers cannot go as far so we had to walk with our luggage for the last block. My husband came a couple of days later, took a taxi and got much closer. The host is amazing. We struggled with the directions to get in, and she was completely available to help us. There is a small market around the corner for essentials. My daughter is studying abroad and her housing was a couple of miles away with a larger market so we stalked up there. The views from the roof top were amazing. It is a very walkable city from this location. If you are looking to immerse yourself into Seville this is the place.
