The 5-star villa extends on 2 floors, offers 4 bedrooms with 4 en-suite bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The property boasts 600 m2 and the villa itself has 270 m2.
The mansion boasts an attractive interior and exterior. A rustic kitchen is fully equipped and connected to a comfortable living area. From this lower part of the villa, there is an exit to the terrace with lovely sea views. On a tiled part in front of the villa, there is a large sun deck full of beach chairs and surrounded by authentic pine trees, characteristic of this area. It is a deal for sunbathing after a long swim in the Adriatic!
The upper floor boasts 4 comfortable and stylish bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. Each detail was chosen with a lot of love and dedication.
The highlight of the villa is certainly a large swimming pool of 32 m2 that can be heated with a surcharge of 500€ per week. The pool is surrounded by lush autochthonous herbs and greenery. Here you can find additional beach chairs and barbecue - ideal for alfresco dining.
