Characterful Barn conversion - offering romantic cosy and secluded breaks in a rural location. Great for local business people looking for a hotel alternative and extra privacy. Double bedroom with kitchenette and shower room. All mod cons including TV, wifi, microwave and washing machine/dryer. Gated driveway with ample parking. Wonderful pubs and restaurants a short walk away. Rambling walks through unspoiled countryside. Fantastic for Dog walkers and bird watchers.

The Barn was ab adorable little place in the most spectacular secluded setting.

I arrived and was greeted with an astounding view of meadows and friendly cows. All I could hear were the birds. I would absolutely stay again.

A little countryside gem

A beautiful little property tucked away in the countryside with stunning views. Great access into local towns, supermarket near by to cater for all needs. A well equipped place to stay with the basics for cooking. Great communication with the hosts, even arranging a short notice repair to ensure our comfort. A pleasure to stay, thank you John and Sarah

Flooded out

Nice barn but had to leave after one night due to flooding. Owner moved me to another of his properties.

Garden building

We were a bit disappointed and felt with a little attention to detail it could be improved. We noticed there were some stain marks on the bedding and the mattress was rather poor quality it felt like you were falling off the edges. The bathroom had a loose toilet and the drains kept backing up in the shower and sink which meant you had to keep letting it drain away whilst showering.

Uncomfortable

The owners of this property have done a fantastic job with the use of space, however the bed arrangements require a full review. The mattress was so uncomfortable I had little sleep the first night, and the second night we actually went home because we could not sleep again. The bed clothing also needs to be renewed, as we could not help but think that it was dirty, although it was not! There is also easy access for slugs, and these were constantly found during our stay.

Stayed at The Barn whilst attending Royal Ascot last week. Absolutely beautiful- stunning location and well situated for Ascot. Views were amazing. Everything provided there for a short stay. Walking distance to pubs and fantastic little cafe called Robyns Nest (approx 30 minute walk). Communication from owner was great from accessing property and during our stay when we needed to contact him. Only negative, which didn’t bother us at all, but wi fi didn’t connect which could be because of rural location but didn’t cause us any issues as had plenty of mobile data which we used. Highly recommend and would happily stay again if attending Royal Ascot.

The description is perfectly accurate so no surprises there. Lovely little place in a beautiful location, so rural and peaceful. Everything handled perfectly to gain access, really nice, friendly owners. Perfect base for the surrounding area and a couple of nights.

Dog friendly stay in Warfield

A great stay in a secluded part of Bracknell. Very close to nearby towns and facilities. Ideal place for Spring to Autumn but may be a bit cold in the winter. All the facilities you would want; a compact barn conversion with en-suite and kitchen facilities. A TV, WiFi plus outdoor patio area. To the rear of the cottage, in the grounds backing on to a cow field. Definitely a relaxing break.
