It is also written in the house rules that each guest finds upon arrival. Then it is also true that we are not very fiscal. It seems to me that you didn't pay for the washing machines you did. You know we had to put a payment for the washing machines to prevent some guests who are used to not having water and energy problems in their country from using the washing machine for a few items of clothing and not a full load. You know in Italy we have both water and energy problems and here in Vallacchi we want to be careful and in our small way we would like to contribute to the energy saving that is being discussed so much lately in Europe. Our goal and our job is to try to meet all the needs of the guests, we sincerely try to do our best and certainly not always maybe we can. It is also normal that here in the countryside is sure not to hear the typical noise of the city such as the traffic of cars or ambulance sirens and police but it is sure that you will hear the cock crow in the morning, the donkey during the day sometimes we must use the tools to cut the grass and sometimes even the barking of dogs in the area even at night if they hear wild animals in the forest. But it also makes us smile that you have to complain about dogs, you have brought your cute dog and you have never respected the rules of the house about it. When you and your family went to visit some places, you left it closed in the apartment for 6/8 hours without saying anything to us and without water and he barked and criedit. We opened the apartment and left it outside and gave it water, and it was so happy, poor dog! During the day, as often happens to dogs that are not considered by the owners, it was he who started and barked at the dogs in the area.
