Enjoy your holidays in an excellent seaside home in Kardianni Bay (also known as Giannaki bay) of Tinos. The fully independent house (65sqm), located just a few steps from the sea, is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy their vacation by the sea. The house has a bedroom, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outdoor areas that provide the necessary tranquility.

The house also has open parking.

The property consists of two floors and is a total of 65sqm or 710sqft. The first floor has a kitchen area which is fully equipped and ideal for the preparation of any meal along with a dining room for four (4) people. There is also a living room which has two three-seater sofas - beds and a bathroom. The living room fireplace is not available for use.

On the second floor, there is the bedroom with double bed and a WC with shower. The bedroom has its own balcony and offers unobstructed sea view.

The outdoor areas of the property are on the first level and offer the necessary privacy as the property is extremely close to the coast. There is also an outdoor table with great views of the coast and an outdoor shower on the patio.

Finally, outside the house there is an outdoor parking space for two medium-sized vehicles.

Guests have access to all areas of the house. In the area of the staircase where the first and the second floor of the house are connected, there is a door that leads to a storage area which remains locked (and locked from inside the accommodation) as it is used for storage, personal belongings of the owner, and equipment.

The property is located close to the coast and the beach of Ormos Giannaki (also known as Ormos Kardianis). A few meters from the house you will find one of the most famous and new beach bars of the island which has excellent options for cocktails and meals.

Also, just a few meters away, you will find one of the most famous traditional restaurants of the island.

For your stay we suggest that you have a car which is suitable since the island is large enough and the transportation is not yet developed, to a large extent, to help you get to know the beauties and everything that the Tinian landscape has to offer. The area of the property is not served by the existing bus network of the island.

The cleaning is carried out by specialized personnel, safety and hygiene measures are observed while we have ensured that there is enough time for the cleaning and adequate ventilation of the house between the reservations. During the cleaning, the house is ventilated, all surfaces and objects are thoroughly cleaned, while branded detergents are used to disinfect the house.
