The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden with lawn, lounge area and dining table, ideal for alfresco meals, nestled in the greenery.

The outdoor areas are embellished by a beautiful infinity pool (16 x 5 m), equipped with wide entrance steps, sunbeds and parasols.

The property also has a private parking, and guarantees the utmost privacy and security thanks to the double electric entrance gate.



Internal Description



Villa il Vigneto has recently been refurbished to the highest standards, and features contemporary classic chic interiors. Spread over 2 floors, it can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Internet Wifi and air conditioning are available throughout the property. Pets are not allowed.



Ground floor: The ground floor is dedicated to the living area, consisting of an imposing double living room with fireplace, sofa and armchairs; two dining rooms; a spacious fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have French windows that allow access to the garden.

Following is a double bedroom with ensuite marble bathroom and wardrobe.

Also on this level you will find a library, a full laundry and a bathroom.



First floor: Upstairs there are 4 spacious double bedrooms, all with wardrobe and ensuite marble bathroom (includign a large double hot tub).

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Concierge service; welcome basket at arrival including: local salami and cured meats, crackers and cheese, fresh seasonal fruit, prosecco and fruit juices; midweek change of linen and bathroom towels; daily cleaning (3 hours a day / 6 days a week); utilities (water, gas, electricity).



Excluded from the price: Extra linen change (€150.00 for the change of all bedrooms and bathrooms); extra services on prior request (transfers, private driver, private chef, extra cleaning, massages, tours, etc.). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay in advance (bank transfer) 2.500,00€/week security deposit, which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
