A former farmhouse, originally built in the 19th century, rebuilt in 2008 and converted into a vacation rental by the current owner, located on the north coast of Madeira Island, in the heart of the picturesque parish of Seixal.
Seixal is a predominantly rural parish, with its agricultural activity centered on wine production—an industry that employs a large portion of the local population—and is surrounded, on one side, by Madeira’s lush Laurissilva Forest and, on the other, by the blue sea that washes the northern coast of the island of Madeira.
The three-bedroom house features three bedrooms, a kitchen with a traditional wood-fired oven, a spacious living and dining room, and an attic. Outside, it has a small garden and a covered barbecue area.
