The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building with lift and is divided as follows: a large living room with a queen-size sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a quadruple bedroom (double bedroom with internal bunk bed), a second double bedroom, and two bathrooms, one with shower and one service.

The apartment accommodates 6 people, of which a maximum of 5 adults, or 4 adults accompanied by 2 children.

Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- rental for maximum 6 people, of which a maximum of 5 adults, or 4 adults accompanied by 2 children.
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
