Should the noise breach a certain level after 8pm for a sustained period of time then we will be alerted and will call the Police to attend the apartment to put a stop whatever is taking place. Your reservation will then be terminated with no refunds and your security deposit retained.
We are proud to be good neighbours and absolutely will not tolerate anti social behaviour of any kind whatsoever.

The apartment is super trendy, bright and modern. It has all the amenities you need, a TV loaded up with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Located in a new build, the common areas of the building are kept spotlessly clean. We have a sofa bed or an inflatable mattress for additional guests
