1. Groups / young people <25 years are not allowed in this holiday home, it is a family house
2. No pets allowed, neither from visitors, due to possible visit of deer in the garden.
3. Bed linen rental is obligated. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
4. It is NOT possible to rent towels, please bring your own.
5. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible, but in any case within two weeks after your stay. 

Holiday home "t Boerderietje is very close to the beach, bordering a nature reserve behind the dunes where you can walk and cycle. By bike you are within five minutes on the beach at Dishoek and in 15 minutes in the pleasant village of Koudekerke or in the center of Vlissingen with various shops, restaurants and the pleasant boulevard.

't Boerderietje is located on a spacious plot, has a fully enclosed garden with a hammock among the fruit trees, playhouse and slide and with views of the farmlands at the back. Through the French doors you enter the spacious living room with a cozy sitting area, equipped with comfortable furniture to match this rustic Zeeland farmhouse. There is an open kitchen with a cozy dining table. The kitchen still has the nostalgic appearance of the past, but is equipped with all modern conveniences (new hob, new oven, microwave). The utility room has a large refrigerator and a separate freezer.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms with new box-spring beds and a bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and sink.
There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Holiday home "t Boerderietje is a wonderful family home. Cozy and comfortably furnished and very close to the beach. It is very suitable for a family with children. Maximum occupancy is 6 people and 1 baby. You can park your car within the gate, there is space for 3 cars. Your bikes can be stored in the garden shed. The owner lives nearby and takes care of the key handover.
