About 30 kilometers southwest of Florence, in Montelupo Fiorentino, is a farmhouse that welcomes its guests to antique charm, modern luxuries and a memorable holiday experience. It is one of the three apartments in the farmhouse and can host up to five guests.

All the guests of the farmhouse have access to its large and well-maintained garden, a lovely open-air shared wimming pool equipped with sun loungers, parasols and a centralized music system, the lawn for relaxing and enjoying the greenery all around, a children’s play area, the barbeque and the Laundromat.

As one enters the apartment, they become aware of its other-worldly charm and architectural finesse. Its living room with brick vaults has a relaxing sitting area with a sofa set and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a dining table

The spacious kitchen has a breakfast table and is packed with modern utilities like a drip coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a toaster and a fridge.

Bedroom 1: The large bedroom has cabinets for storage, a double bed, an armchair bed and offers direct access to the garden.
Bedroom 2: The beautiful room with a window overlooking the garden has a double bed and wardrobes for storage.

Bathroom
The antique-looking bathroom has a bathtub with a hand shower, a vanity, a WC and a bidet.

Location

This peaceful apartment in a farmhouse is a unique medley of the old and the new offering a different kind of experience that is both authentic as well as comfortable. It has a certain romantic character that is further enhanced by its peaceful location and traditional architecture and décor. The quintessential Tuscan town of Montelupo Fiorentino is rich in olive orchards and vineyards. The farmhouse too is surrounded by rolling green hills with a lot of vegetation. The region has a long history of human habitation but it reached the zenith of its popularity in the 15th century for producing the finest ceramics. In June every year, the town hosts the International Ceramics Festival depicting its long tradition.

Many historical structures like the Church of Saint John Evangelist (7 minutes), Frescobaldi tower, Medici Villa (16 minutes) on the River Arno are testament its prosperity and cultural significance while the Museum of Ceramics (5 minutes) and the Archaeological Museum retell the story of its glorious past. The traditional cuisine of the town includes locally produced wines. Pan Bistugio is a must-try dessert in this part of the world.

For day trips, guests can visit Florence (35 minutes), Tuscany (33 minutes), Siena (1 hour 10 minutes), Lucca (1 hour) and Pisa (47 minutes). The nearest airport is only 24 kilometers away.

If necessary, GAS for heating between April 15th to November 1st, have to be paid on the spot basing on consumption.

The pool is open from the 15th of April to the 15th of October.
