Cozy Holiday Home with private pool, outdoor kitchen and large private garden.

Casa Kiki is een gezellig vakantie huis in een rustige buurt, doodlopend straatje, vlakbij de mooiste stranden van Curaçao. Grote Berg ligt centraal op het smalste deel van het eiland, op 15 minuten rijden van de stad. Het huis heeft een grote besloten tuin met privé zwembad, ruim zonneterras, hemelbed, grote porch met gezellige zithoek, grote eettafel met buitenkeuken. Dus je hebt alle privacy die je in je vakantie erg op prijs stelt!
Casa Kiki hebben we onlangs zelf volledig gerenoveerd, ook de inrichting is volledig nieuw! Het huis heeft 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en aparte gastentoilet. De masterslaapkamer heeft een eigen badkamer, ook alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van airco. Overal nieuwe shutter ramen met horren, die dag en nacht open kunnen blijven, zodat de wind heerlijk door het huis kan waaien. Nieuwe volledig grote ingerichte keuken met inductie kookplaat, grote koeling en vriezer, afwasmachine, electrische oven, microwave, nespresso koffie apparaat, doorloop koffie, apparaat, melkopschuimer Nespresso, broodrooster, blender, airfryer, electrische bakplaat,wasmachine ,......
De tuin is aangelegd met tropische planten, mangoo boom en palmbomen.

Beautiful House & Great Location

The house was bright, clean, comfortable, modern and well maintained. Very nice landscaping. Pool and outdoor area was awesome. Air conditioning in the bedrooms a plus for sleeping at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Casa Kiki

Casa Kiki is the most beautiful VRBO we have had the pleasure staying in!! The backyard yard, the pool, patio area, the many birds was most enjoyable!! Great central location, rental car is a must here, felt comfortable and safe here. The hosts and property manager were amazing and very welcoming! Thank you!!

This property is a 10 out of 10. The outdoor area is like something you would see in a magazine. Only 3 stars because the second shower drain backed up and filled the floor to overflowing after 2 minutes of running the shower for 9 out of 12 days. The master shower had the same problem for 4 days. While the property manager arranged repairs very quickly, she said "What's the big deal? You just have to let the plumber in?" We had to change our plans to meet the plumber because the property manager was busy. We had to explain the problem to the plumber. The plumber showed us that the septic tank was full and had to be drained. Fortunately the property manager met the drainage truck 2 days later. The property manager had been putting an unclogging agent down the drain previous to our visit, indicating that this was a pre-existing problem, as there is no way 3 people can be responsible for filling a septic tank in less than a week. We chose this property because it had 2 indoor working showers. We did not get what we paid for. We messaged the owner and told her we felt entitled to a partial refund. The owner did not address this in her response and seemed to be defensive.We met a number of residents of Curacao who were very kind and helpful to us. In our interactions with the property manager we felt her oral communication toward us was condescending and at times, rude. In the hospitality industry, as the customer, you should be able to expect communication to be polite.

It’s really unfortunate that some people turn everything into a drama and don’t even tell the full or correct story. Our property manager, Brigitte, did everything she could to solve the issue as quickly as possible. First, she tried to fix the problem herself, and the following day she immediately arranged for a plumber to come. In the end, it simply turned out that the septic tank was full — something that unfortunately cannot be predicted in advance. Yes, this has happened once before, about three years ago, but certainly not on a regular basis. The story about “having to stay home for the plumber” is also greatly exaggerated. Brigitte only asked that, if the guests happened to be home, they could possibly open the door for the plumber. Otherwise, the plumber could just as easily come the next day so Brigitte herself could receive him. We also have a beautiful outdoor shower with hot water, which in the tropics is actually a wonderful experience to use. So even during this situation, guests still had the possibility to shower comfortably. From the very beginning, there were already discussions about receiving a refund for three days. Because of this, we honestly got the impression that it was more about getting money back than about the actual issue itself. The parents were actually very kind; the main problem was the attitude of the daughter. Unfortunately, these are not the kind of guests we would welcome again in the future.

House did not meet our expectations.

The property owner wanted extra charges for electricity and water, this was not mentioned in the Vrbo listing. This was a surprise to use since we paid over $4,000 dollars for this property. The property was open air there was no screen on doors and the house was loaded with mosquito’s, the kitchen had ants. The owners were not into making their customers confromable.

So strange, we have been contacted you several times, and every time you was very happy and everything was ok! Also my caretaker past bye a few times, and everything was great. Only the last day, when Brigitte came to check the water and electricity meters, you started to complain about everything! If you had read the site from VRBO, then you could read that water and electricity was not included.

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Januar 2026 in der Villa "Casa Kiki" auf Curacao.Die Villa ist gut mit allem ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns da sehr wohl gefühlt und jede Minute genossen. Die Außenanlage mit dem Pool und dem Garten ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und verführt zum Entspannen.Die bunte Vögel und andere Tiere sorgen für gute Stimmung.Die Gastgeber Ton und Niki sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Die Verwalterin Brigitte hat uns in dem Haus mit dem Sekt begrüßt.Die Abrechnung für Wasser und Strom ist korrekt und wird von uns über fewo-direkt.de beglichen.Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.Vielen Dank an Ton und Niki für ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Super godt hus

Vi var i huset en måned fra d 6 april til d 3 maj 2022 Super godt hus med alle faciliteter godt uderum med dejlig grill og flere solpladser god pool. Køkken er godt til at lave mad i og et rummeligt køleskab. Eneste store minus er larm fra gøende hunde både dag og nat. Ejer er i gang med tiltag om dette så det bliver nok bedre. Kan anbefale huset mvh Jens fra Danmark

Heerlijk verblijf, prachtige villa.

We hebben het heerlijk gehad in Casa Kiki.. Het is een prachtig huis met een heel fijn groot zwembad. We moesten even wennen aan de vele blaffende honden in de omgeving maar verder was het er heerlijk en we hebben genoten van de prachtige vogels en hun getjilp. Kleine aantekening: als je langere tijd verblijft in dit paradijs dan zijn de stoelen rondom de tafel van de veranda niet comfortabel. Dit hebben we opgelost met de twee rotan stoelen van binnen maar daar zijn er maar twee van dus onze visite moesten dus al die tijd op de harde stoelen zitten tijdens het eten en onze spelletjes avonden ☺️ Verder was er helemaal niets wat we te wensen hadden. Als we al wensen hadden werden deze meteen opgelost zoals een wasrekje of pizza Snijder. Complimenten voor Brigitte die meteen alles regelde. Het app contact met de eigenaren van het huis, Ton en Niki was ook super. Kortom we hebben het fantastisch gehad gedurende twee maanden Curaçao! Heel veel dank en we bevelen deze geweldige plek op “Grote Berg” dus ook met veel enthousiasme aan voor volgende bewoners.
