The Space

Our Luxury Villa is located on the hills of Sorrento and is the perfect Accommodation for Families or Groups wanting to be located in a quiet and peaceful area of the Sorrento Coast. Each of the large luxurious bedrooms are elegantly decorated with Plush Linens, Bedding and En-Suite Bathrooms.



During your stay you can enjoy modern comforts included in the property: indoor hydro-massage tub, chromo-therapy shower, Turkish bath (steam room), and set into the sun deck of the terrace a private swimming-pool from which you can enjoy the enchanting view.

The Open Plan Living Area is complete with Seating Area and Living Area which includes a Comfortable Sofa, Large Flat Screen TV, Free Wi-Fi 24hrs, Air Conditioning and Large Sliding Glass Doors where you can access the Private Terrace overlooking the Garden and Sea.



Pool & Spa

The villa is furnished with an indoor hydro-massage tub, chromo-therapy shower, Turkish bath, and a private swimming-pool open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, tables and chairs. Next to the pool there is a bar with an icemaker, a wardrobe, a service bathroom and external shower.



Guest Access

During your stay, you will have complete access to the entire villa. Our team of Luxury Property Managers and Travel Planners will provide you with a Professional Concierge service, Waiters, In house Chef and Professional Drivers available at your request to use during your stay.

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



• City Tax: 4€ per adult per night

• Late Check In: 100€ ( from 8pm - Midnight )

• Refundable Security Deposit is required upon arrival : 1000€ total

• Heated Swimming PoolExtra Fee : € 500.00 per week



Included in the Price :



- Weekly linen change

- Gas, water ,electricity and internet access;

- 4 hours general daily cleaning (from Monday to Saturday, Sunday not included, no cooking service included, no laundry service included, no washing dishes included)

- Access to the spa, swimming pool and solarium;



Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
