THE HARMONY OF VILLA RESTA

Villa Resta is located in the highest and most scenic area of Marina di Novaglie, an excellent position on the Adriatic side, offering a beautiful view, about 9 km from Santa Maria di Leuca.
Villa Resta can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests and consists of a comfortable, recently renovated house, outdoor space, a large garden, and private parking within the property.

The villa sits on a plot of approximately 3,000 square meters, which includes the house, terrace, large garden, and private parking. The road leading to the house is private, shared only with the neighboring houses.

THE HOUSE

The house has been recently refurbished and is comfortable and welcoming. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a shower, and a living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Villa Resta can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

SLEEPING AREA

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. There is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom (the beds can be joined to form a double bed), and one with a single bed.

LIVING AREA

The living room features large glass doors that open onto the terrace and patio, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Adriatic coast. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops, an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and all the necessary utensils for cooking (plates, cutlery, trays, pots, glasses).

The living room also includes a relaxing corner with a sofa and fireplace, along with a TV and dining table.

The house is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold) in both the living and sleeping areas, sufficient to cool or heat the entire house.

Villa Resta is designed for year-round living: it stays cool during the summer and is heated in the winter.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE

The large outdoor space is the perfect place to spend pleasant hours outdoors. Whether you are relaxing or reading a book under the covered veranda or hammock, organizing outdoor lunches and dinners, or enjoying a delicious aperitif in the botanical garden with a large stone table while admiring the sea view.

VERANDA - BARBECUE AREA WITH STONE OVEN - GARDEN - OUTDOOR STONE SHOWER - PARKING

The veranda has been designed to allow you to enjoy pleasant moments outdoors, sheltered from the elements. The patio next to the veranda is equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers, while the barbecue area features a beautiful stone oven (ideal for baking bread, pizzas, and the typical "frise salentine"), available upon request, as well as a barbecue for organizing a tasty outdoor meal.

Next to the barbecue area, there is a lovely stone shower with a built-in seat.

The large terraced garden features different characteristic spots, including small paths around the house to explore the surrounding nature with various plant species, a relaxation corner with a swing and hammock, a botanical garden with a stone table, and aromatic herbs scattered throughout the villa to enhance your cooking.

The entire environment is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, with a beautiful sea view and panoramic vistas — a sensational setting for those who love to live in nature and near the sea.

Finally, the villa has private, enclosed parking within the property.

MARINA DI NOVAGLIE AND THE SURROUNDING AREA

Villa Resta is ideally located, with the sea just 600 meters away. The nearest supermarket is about 500 meters away. In Gagliano del Capo or Corsano (approximately 4 km), you'll find a wide range of services, including supermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations, fish markets, fruit and vegetable shops, banks, and tobacco stores.

INTERESTING ACTIVITIES

From Marina di Novaglie, you can rent kayaks, organize boat trips to explore the caves along the coast, and enjoy guided diving tours to discover the crystal-clear waters. Alternatively, you can take a walk along the beautiful "Sentiero delle Cipolliane" trail, which offers stunning sea views.

Marina di Novaglie also features a wonderful protected swimming area suitable for both adults and children. Other interesting places in the area include Ponte Ciolo, Marina Serra, Tricase Porto, Santa Maria di Leuca, and the Maldive del Salento.

Arrival between 20:00 and 23:00 is subject to a €50.00 late arrival fee.

Arrival between 23:00 and 01:00 is subject to a €100.00 late arrival fee.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Silence is required after 24:00.

A security deposit is required, which will be refunded 24 hours after check-out.

Separate waste collection is required.
