My house is located in a small village where silence and tranquillity reign. It has all the amenities to make you feel at home away from home. The farm is located just 10 km to Viseu city centre and is surrounded by touristic places of interest such as golf courses, thermal baths, river beaches, wine-growing areas, historic castles, Neolithic monuments and the longest bicycle path in Portugal. At Quinta de Santa Ana you will find a cosy place between Serra do Caramulo and Serra da Estrela, where you can spend pleasant moments with family or friends. The house is located in a fruit and wine farm and has a bus stop just outside the farm’s main gate. The farm is only 10,2 Km from Montebelo Riding Centre and the Montebelo Golf Center with 27 holes in its course.

We are short distance from Viseu, Vouzela and São Pedro do Sul, but if you want to be a bit more adventurous why not travel for the day to the surrounding district capitals such as Guarda, Porto, Coimbra and Aveiro knowing that at the end of the day you will return to the tranquil space of Santa Ana farm? Or if you are a wild spirit why not try the Passadiços do Paiva? The longest suspension pedestrian bridge in the world awaits you! If you are a nature lover and wish to discover Viseu countryside, the Ecopista do Dão is just a 14 minutes walk distance! And don't forget to take pictures from the Mosteirinho bridge! The view is impressive!

Privacy and tranquility - we live in another house in the farm, but don't be concerned as there is enough space in between houses to provide privacy and comfort for us and our guests.
Our farm is located in the centre of Portugal, which allows easy access to the most important capital cities around Viseu! It is also short distance to the nearest beach, Barra in Aveiro, by travelling by car (1 hour travel, 88km).
