A brand new bath stone house located in Bath city centre just a short stroll to the restaurants and shops, ideal for exploring Bath and beyond. Two luxury serviced apartments are available: the lower ground Crescent Apartment (2 bed) and the first floor Circus Apartment (1 bed). Both are furnished to the highest standard with fully-equipped kitchens, high quality furnishings and bed linen – everything you would expect for a luxury stay. On arrival, you will receive a welcome hamper.

Circus Apartment is on the first floor of a Georgian townhouse built to the highest standard with quality and comfort in mind. The apartment comprises an open-plan sitting room/kitchen, a good sized master bedroom with LCD TV and bathroom.

The sitting room is furnished with a sofa and armchair, LCD TV & DVD, Hi-Fi with a dock for your iPhone and a dining table suitable for four people.

The bedroom has a king size deep-sprung divan bed, fitted wardrobe, console table and stool, and flat-screen television. The bedding is fine percale cotton linen with a luxurious mattress topper and completed with a feather-light goose down duvet and pillows.

The quality modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, electric oven and integrated appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge freezer.

The contemporary bathroom is fitted with Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware, consisting of a bath, shower, wall-hung toilet, sink, and include Duck Island toiletries and luxury bath sheets.

Nice apartment - convenient for everything in Bath

Very functional apartment - well equipped - everything worked well. Were there with family of 4 - 2 in master bed, 2 on pullout couch. Would be ideal for couple w/out kids.

Beautiful apartment, great location

This is an elegantly furnished and beautifully decorated apartment with more than enough room for two people. The kitchen is equipped for gourmet cooking, and there's an attractive dining area too. Karina is a gracious and generous host; she was quick to get back to us about our questions, and she stopped by the apartment on her way to work one morning so she could help us find a way to keep the place cool during the historical heat wave. While she was there, I told her there was no dishwashing-liquid for the kitchen, so she immediately went out and bought some, leaving it at our door along with some fresh croissants. The flat is located just a block away from the famous Royal Crescent, and it's an easy downhill walk into the center of town.

Very nice, modern and clean apartment

We stayed two nights in this apartment which is approx. a 10 min walk to the city center. The apartment is really fully equipped. It has a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a sleeper bed in the living room. A perfect location for our time in Bath.

Great apartment in a nice town

During a round-trip through the south of Britain we also had one overnight stay in Bath. On the internet we found the Circus Apartment which looked quite promising. Booking was very easy and the owner contacted us to send us the full address and a hint where to park our car. On the way to Bath we were in close contact to the owner via mail to inform her about our arrival time. Bath itself is a very nice place but entering the apartment was even nicer. Everything was very clean and shiny. All furniture was in a very good shape and the kitchen offered everything you need. What we did not expect but surprised us very much was the fact that some food was stored in a basket to give us the chance to have a nice breakfast in the morning before leaving. The night was also good due to neither too hard nor to soft beds. The bathroom was well equipped. Parking is a few meters away but no issue. The apartment is only a few minutes away from the centre of Bath and you can reach everything by foot. All in all it was the best accommodation we had during our trip. Unfortunately we have not had the chance to meet the owner in person because we had to leave very early the next day.

Beautiful

Such a lovely apartment we stayed 3 nights everything is within walking distance so no need to drive anywhere! Our welcome hamper was brilliant too on arrival we met the owner when we checked in she came to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything eles for our stay which was a really nice personal touch. The apartment is full of diffusers which as soon as you walked in made it smell beautiful, bed was so comfortable we slept so well only down side was only one pillow each if you like a couple maybe take one as there was only one other spare one. You definitely won't be disappointed highly recommend and we will definitely be going back and we would also highly recommend glass blowing if your after something to do while your there you can find there shop in bath town centre where you can book to go and watch at there work shop and make your own glass ball which is something fun to do.

A beautiful townhouse apartment in a quiet district

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lively property. The apartment is tastefully decorated and is in brand new condition. In a quiet area between the Crescent and the university. Karina is a very helpful and responsive host. Very smooth check-in and seamless stay. We used the wonderful city of Bath as our first stop in the UK, coming from the USA. Plenty of interesting things to see and do, but low key enough to ease your jet lagged first day.

Awesome! Going to Bath, UK? This your place!

This apartment was even better than the listing, which looked great anyway. We found the building and apartment to be completely renovated and well appointed. The location was quiet and central to all the major sites of the city. There was a basket of snacks and basics in the fridge to get us going, including the best orange chocolate we have ever tasted. The bedding was comfortable, clean, and high quality. Plenty of towels, soap etc. The owner, Karina, was very accommodating, and genuinely interested in our trip experience. She personally met with us when we departed, and sent us an itinerary of things to do on the way to our next destination. Karina is fantastic! Thank you for making our Bath UK vacation so memorable. We will be back again. John and Anne, San Francisco, CA, US.

Very nice apartment. Modern, comfortable and well located. Great service.

We stayed in the first floor apartment as a family of four adults during the week of Christmas using it as a base for visiting relatives in Bath & Bristol. The appartement is very well equipped and nicely decorated. It is very modern, in great condition and has a nice feel to it. The location is only a short walk from the town centre and there are two convenience stores just around the corner which is really handy. There was a lovely welcome package in the kitchen when we arrived with wine to soothe us after our journey and milk, bread and cereal so we could start our day relaxed. There was even a bottle of champagne delivered on Christmas Eve! That shows the high level of care that Karina provides for her guests. Thank you Karina!

Excellent choice, very impressive

The apartment was very impressive. Lots of oohs and ahs from my friends as we arrived. The host was very helpful - the process for arriving could not have been simpler. The courtyard space was lovely and the living/dining/kitchen area was very spacious and well appointed. Beautiful location, just behind the Royal Crescent. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Mini Moon!

My husband and I booked the apartment 6 months prior to our wedding as we wanted to go away for a couple of nights for what we called a 'mini moon'. The Bath Circle Apartment was absolutely stunning and in pristine condition. We didn't stay in the room with the balcony as pictured, but we weren't in the least bit disappointed with where we were staying. The location was perfect, only a 7 minute walk into the town centre. It was clean and all amenities new. We arrived to a beautiful hamper and a congratulations card. It was a delightful touch. We loved the place so much we struggled to pack and leave! We will most definitely be going back.

Wonderful, will equipped apartment

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Situated in the heart of historic Bath, only a short walk from the Royal Crescent and great food, the apartment was the perfect place to stay. Thoughtful touches like the welcome basket really helped us feel welcome and at home. Karina was a friendly and helpful host who gave us lots of great suggestions for our stay.
